Abysmal Customer service, the worst product ever!
In the last 5 years, I have spent over $2800 at Carzilla. Recently I purchased the iK e FOAM Pro 2 - a portable sprayer to start my car wash with a layer of foam. Right out of the box the sprayer was difficult to start. Getting the green light on was good, but the second pressing of the start button was always problematic. I sent an email to Carzilla to ask if there is something the instruction manual isn't describing very well - despite the fact it is a very simple to operate - They told me to send a video. So over the course of the last year I managed to get it working spending 10 minutes or so pressing the start button, watch the light go off. eventually it started and I was able to use the device.
Currently, the only way I can get the green light on is by charging it. BTW, fully recharged barely it barely finishes my MB B250 a relatively small car.
So I send another email, because I noticed a Generation 2 of this sprayer if I could send my clearly defective sprayer, for a discount on the Generation 2 version. The fact that iK Sprayers came up with a new generation says that it was a poor design or there was a manufacturing defect. Once again they say to send a video. I guess they don't want my business. I don't think I have ever bought a worse product than this overpriced pos. How do you design a product where the start button doesn't work. I'm sure they have had complaints from other buyers, and Carzilla has absolutely no interest in spending any time, with customer service, that any respectable businesses would feel responsible to do. Is it possible to give a 1/2 star rating?
