I recently bought a 16 plate Polo GTI from Cazoo Bristol. The process couldn’t have been easier. The value for money was the best I have come across. The staff member handing over the car, Kim, was lovely and made the experience even better. Would recommend Cazoo to anyone.
Brought my Audi q5 for £26,000 on 26/2/2023 wanted to familiarise myself with all the items in the car does but there was no drivers handbook so rang customer service only to be told nothing they can do as not with the car when sold.Not even as i paid that amount and to keep a customer happy they will try and source one for you NOTHING from a very disgusted customer.

Really a worst service that I ever had been. Promised me of providing vehicle on time and asked for advance payment through link and ones the payment is done, they dint provide me vehicle on my requested date. So i called them to refund my payment and now they don't even answer my call, now its been 1 month that I did not receive my payment yet.

We used Carzoo in Northampton to buy a 2 year old car, we received great service especially from Sam who was so helpful & friendly on the day we collected our car it was presented to us by Sam they even put a goodie bag inside the car and the whole experience was excellent. We will definitely use Carzoo again.
Purchased my car from cazoo two weeks ago. From the showroom reveal to the service even after the car had been purchased has been unmatched. Been in contact with a gent called Aaron who’s helping me with a minor issue and has been an amazing help and has delivered on everything he’s said. Will definitely purchase from campo again in a few years when I’m after something new.
I recently purchased a BMW 1 series through Carzoo - very good value for money/ and low mileage. Once I received it I could hear a faint whistling noise upon accelerating and thus decided to get this checked out. Carzoo informed me that I could either get repairs done at a garage of my choice (at their expense) or simply return the car and get a full refund. I decided to get repairs done at a BMW specialist centre, as the fault was not major - nor did I wish to give this car up (due to the spec and low mileage). I informed carzoo, and they immediately froze my 7 day full refund period, until investigation and repairs were completed. In addition they agreed to pay for the initial check + any repairs that were required for the car! During this time carzoo offered free insurance, allowing me to continue driving the car on a daily basis until repairs were made. I am absolutely amazed at the customer service of Carzoo, and the lengths they go to ensure customer satisfaction. The customer service team were all amazing - I would often ring to get updates/ extend my free insurance. I would like to point out that my case manager - Callum was an enormous help in all of this. Not only did he arrange for the cost of repairs to be made, but he contacted the garage on my behalf, sorting documentation and then paying upfront - allowing me to simply book in a date with the garage for repairs to be made.
I could not be happier with this car - the BMW specialists stated that for the spec, mileage and price + the fact that certain parts are brand new - with carzoo also paying for repairs of other parts to NEW - I have gotten a seriously good deal.
No other Car showroom would go to these lengths to ensure customer satisfaction after a sale - thus I cannot recommend this enough.
If you intend to use Carzoo check the advert carefully - if it doesn't mention service history (assume only part or none). I was approved on finance for a car, but on reading the terms of the warranty I noted that the car must have been maintained in line with manufacturer service intervals. This car had been serviced once at 31k, so in sold state wouldn't meet the min terms of their own warranty. I decided not to proceed with the sale, but I had already wasted my time getting approved for the finance. Be wary!!!
I bought a car last month and could not fault Carzoo on their service and efficiency.
Got a mercedes 1 year ago. Had a few lights on dash come up went to mercedes to get it fixed to be told the car had been in accident and was poorly fixed with glue on head lights and a massive bent radiator.. refusing to fix it and is under investigation. They ignore you and are also rude.
DO NOT BUY from this untrustworthy business, they will lie to your face & avoid repairing ANYTHING under warranty. i wanted to give a -5 star review but i wont let me, VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER
Bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla around October 2019, five months later and still satisfied with the purchase.
Tristan and Sava from Garden City were super helpful. Props to the (presumed) manager as he was professional as well.
We came into the store to enquire and place a deposit on a Thursday night, paperwork and car were ready by Saturday.
We had been checking the details online a week or two prior, as we believe consumers have a responsibility to be informed/less ignorant and come in prepared.
A little disappointed to only have less than a quarter of a tank of fuel left as the low fuel light was basically on when we got home.
I would recommend if you are a buyer who appreciates the value of convenience.

Walked in to the North Lakes branch last Saturday and had our appraisal done. After this we were told by Joel that there was a possibility that he would ring us that afternoon with a valuation. He also promised that he would email some links through for some cars that we were interested in purchasing. Nothing back from him on that afternoon. We had absolutely no problems with this as we know that it all takes time.
Still nothing by Tuesday afternoon. We emailed back and asked how things were going. We got a call back from Joel (which was good) and we had a further discussion about proceeding with things. And again he promised that he would email some links so we could look at some cars to purchase. 5 days later, absolutely no contact from anybody. Such a shame because we were ready to sell and buy through your services!!
We were very keen to use Carzoos but the service was not what they promised. Can definitely not recommend using Carzoos

I bought my car just over 12 months ago so the warranty was no longer valid. took my car to Ford when it just stopped working, only to find out the the car had been submerged in water prior to my purchase and had slowly been rusting out the gear box and clutch. The car had obviously been touched up and re-sold to me. When I addressed this issue with Carzoos they refused to accept any responsibly and basically told me it was my fault.
Ended up costing me $3000 to fix. So disappointed with the service and would never recommend anyone to purchase through Carzoos.

Great experience from everyone who assisted me. Price negotiations were open, honest and easy.
It felt like the sales people were genuinely interested in solving my problem instead of being put through a sales process. Will and already have recommended Carzoos to anyone looking to buy a used car.
