No emails, no order, shocking. Paid via Klarna who are looking into it but waited 2 weeks, not heard a thing

I have tried telephoning e mailing with no effect. I ordered a plush headboard and paid £129.99 with no sign of me getting the headboard.

The incorrect colour came and I complained. I asked them to send the proper colour. Responded with all the details and never heard from them.

Do not order from this company. Item not despatched and unable to contact the company despite several emails and messages sent via their webpage and facebook messenger. Paid via Klarna who seem to be dragging their feet over my refund - not sure why they are still dealing with this company when others have paid via Klarna and not received their items?

AVOID! Not received the goods, payment taken. No response to emails on this matter. The tracking app is definitely dodgy as doesn’t show anything. I’ve taken the issue up with Klarna who have taken payments. Hoping I’ll get my money back as this doesn’t appear to be a real company?

Awful company,they don't answer any calls or emails.Ordered furniture over 4 wks ago and still nothing so we have raised an issue with our bank and the payments have been returned.
Do not order anything shocking customer service😡😡

DO NOT USE
Orders taken when goods are not in stock.
No e mails are telephone messages are answered.
I did actually get hold of Adum, who told me I would receive an email from the warehouse advising stock situation, they do not have a contact no. Or email address.
SAVE YOUR MONEY and buy elsewhere…

Think before you make a purchase!
Order placed and paid for online via Klarna, delivery window 7-10 business days.
Delivery window has now passed, no delivery, no update.
Three emails sent, no reply.
Called the landline, answer machine, left a message.
Next I'm raising a complaint with Klarna as I'm not sure if this company is real, is operational or if I've been scammed.
