The boys went out of their way to get us up and running. Extremely helpful, courteous and professional. 5 stars all the way.

Be warned they will charge you for 2 call out fees if a part is required, no matter how standard the part or how quick the job. In our case, we needed a standard 3 port valve that most heating engineers will carry anyway (and we had told them this was the problem over the phone when we called them out). They went to get the part during the job, from a merchant less than 100m away. The whole job, including the visit to the merchant, was less than 45mins but we still got charged 2x call out fee (nearly £200) on top of the cost of the part.

The intervention by Casafix combined rapidity and expertise!

The response - to an emergency on a Sunday afternoon - was fast, while the engineer, Toby, was capable, exceptionally polite and helpful and talked me through the problem and its resolution. He went to great trouble to find a temporary fix and to find the permanent fix, visiting three plumbing shops for the tight article, next day. On top of that, the charges were very reasonable indeed. I would have nom reservation in recommending him every time.

After living in a new built flat for a year and a half, the heating stopped working. The heating system is a mixture of an electric boiler and water underfloor heating.
After talking to Casafix and five other boiler repair companies, Casafix was the most knowledgeable Tradesmen on electric boilers by far.
I went with Casafix based on this, and I have been delighted with the work they have done for me.
They diagnosed the issues quickly. They went above and beyond to fix the problems with our boiler swiftly. I couldn't recommend Casafix more.

I called them up at 9pm on the coldest night of winter so far and they arrived within 45 minutes and had our boiler fixed within a short time and it only cost us £70.

The guy who arrived and couldn't have been nicer or more friendly. Such great service.

AT came to the rescue on a cold Friday night regarding my failed boiler... the boiler, not being looked after for a number of years could not be repaired, they came back on Saturday morning and spent the whole day replacing it with a brand new one. They did an excellent job, professional, courteous, took the older boiler with them and clean the mess behind them. Having proper heating and hot water for the first time in my rental flat. Very quick efficient service and were able to attend with short notice. Dealt professionally with a very high end tenant of ours at a Knightsbridge property.

Excellent service. Very responsive - excellent customer service. A “No Fee” call out to identify the problem - they arrived within 2 hours of our initial call. Identified the problem with our broken boiler quickly gave best advice , didn’t try to “over-sell” and emailed a quote for repair within a few hours. They were able to fix the problem the following day.
