Delivery was terrible he began arguing


Delivery was terrible he began arguing he wasn't bringing it inside the house and it was curbside drop off unbelievable.
Then the carpet looked grey not Aqua and the felt was threadbare.
The company take days to reply did not ask me what I wanted to do did not apologise and assumed I wanted a replacement without asking.
Shocking company

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.

As soon as you contacted us about your concerns, we raised the issue immediately and arranged a replacement carpet as a gesture of goodwill to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, you declined this resolution.

You requested for a refund while keeping the carpet, we are unable to offer a refund without the goods being returned, in line with our returns policy.

We always aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly, and we remain willing to assist if you wish to proceed with the replacement.

Casaflooring were AMAZING!

I ordered twice over two days. Both times I got my items next day. I made a miscalculation, hence the need for 2 orders, but they saved me by having next day delivery!! Great customer servie. Extremely fast shipping. Great quality product.

I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects and will recommend to friends and family.
