Accommodation for students and professionals- Four vintage apartments located in the heart of L’Eixample, in a classical Barcelona 20th-century building. Rooms and common spaces are fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. The laundry room features a washing machine and dryer. There are more than two bathrooms. The property includes a terrace with a beautiful view. Weekly cleaning of common spaces and ongoing maintenance are provided.

Viví un semestre durante mi intercambio en Casa Lavuela y fue una experiencia increíble. Más allá de estar ubicada en una excelente zona para vivir y experimentar Barcelona. Melissa y mis compañeros de piso fueron increíbles. El lugar tiene un ambiente muy familiar que te hace sentir en casa desde el primer momento. Súper recomendado, volvería otra vez!
Por poco más de un año vivi en Casa Lavuela y fue una gran experiencia. El ambiente con los compis, el respeto y las instalaciones fueron geniales al igual que el trato con todos los que la integran. No pude haber tenido un mejor primer lugar dónde vivir a mi llegada a Barcelona. 100% recomendable.
Es un ambiente muy cuidado y familiar.
Mel es divina, la mejor atención y te sientes en casa desde el primer momento.
Los roomies que tuve se volvieron grandes amigos.

Living at Millet’s was an unforgettable experience. The location is ideal, surrounded by Barcelona’s main attractions.
In the flat everything was constantly taken care of making cozier our stay. Melissa is constantly worrying to be sure we are always comfortable showing us her care and love for the space and us.
Additionally, the residents’ length of stay varies which allows us to meet new people and create life time friendships.
My stay in Barcelona will have not been the same if this home was not a part of it. I will take it with me forever.
La casa es hermosa, limpia, bien gestionada y con una buena energía para tener una gran experiencia. Me quedé allí durante mis 5 meses de intercambio y fue la mejor decisión que podría haber tomado. Tiene luz, buen precio y espacios comunes hermosos para poder disfrutar como si fuese propia.
