We produce and sell our Italian, single estate Sant Elia Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which is of the highest quality. The olives are grown on our family estate in Le Marche, Italy, using only natural fertilisers, and no chemical-based pesticides. Harvesting is a family affair with all olives being handpicked. The olives are then taken to the olive press where they are cold pressed. The taste is peppery and grassy, as a good extra virgin olive oil should be. We also sell Sant Elia Traditional and White Balsamics, made by a friend in Modena, under strict control of the Consorszio Tutela Aceto Balsamico di Modena. Production is limited in volume, and the Balsamics are bottled, labelled and sealed on site, as the Consorzio requires. The Traditional Balsamic has no added vinegar or other additives, and has a rich, smooth, flavour. The White Balsamic, made by the same Modena based friend, is delightful, and a surprise to everyone who tastes it, it is light, sweet with notes of honey もっと見る
