Worst customer service I ever experienced and scam return policy
I am writing this to warn other shoppers about the major sizing inconsistencies and the unprofessional customer service at this brand.
I ordered a knitwear in an XL, but the item I received was enormous - measuring 5â7cm larger in the chest and sleeves than their own official size chart. It was essentially a 3XL with an XL label. Despite providing clear photographic evidence of these measurements, the customer service team was dismissive, defensive, and completely lacked accountability.
The most unbelievable part? Even though the item is clearly defective and does not match the advertised dimensions, they are refusing to cover the return shipping. They are actually deducting the return cost from my refund. It is standard industry practice to provide a prepaid label for faulty items, yet this brand expects the customer to pay for their manufacturing errors.
Why you should be cautious:
Inaccurate Measurements: The size guides are unreliable and vary wildly. The most "hilarious" part is that they kinda admit it on their website; saying that measures might differ about 1cm - well I guess they tend to take 1 for a 7...
Insulting Support: My concerns were met with a lack of honesty and solution-driven answer. We just wanted to spend 200⬠in their store, but we will give our money to someone else.
Financial Penalty for Returns: You will be charged for the return even if the brand sends you the wrong size or a faulty product.
Although we had experience similar problems with this brand in the past, we chose to give them another chance but we will never shop here again. If you value your money and expect a basic level of professional respect, give your business to someone else.

Ich habe mir eine Wollhose aus der letzten Kollektion bestellt (FW25) und habe mich sehr darÃŒber gefreut, dass ich noch eine erhalten habe, da meine GröÃe zunÀchst nicht mehr verfÃŒgbar war.
Die Hosen kam an, das Ganze ohne Probleme. Die Hose hat auch gut gepasst und sah optisch toll aus eine 10/10.
WorÃŒber ich allerdings sehr enttÀuscht war, ist die Verarbeitung der NÀhte und des Bundes. Einige NÀhte lösten sich teilweise, wurden nicht ordentlich versÀubert und erweckten somit keinen positiven Eindruck. Um ehrlich zu sein kann ich solche MÀngel bei einem Produkt in dieser Preisklasse (220â¬) nicht nachvollziehen.
Aus diesem Grund habe ich mich dafÃŒr entschieden die Hose zurÃŒckzuschicken, was ich sehr schade fand, weil optisch mir die Hose sehr gefallen hat.
Der RÃŒckversand und RÃŒckerstattung verliefen problemlos.

several defects on a cotton trouser I ordered in september 2025 (160 EUR + 15 EUR delivery fees).
The seams are unfinished or poorly finished in several areas of the trousers (ankle, leg, waist, closure), resulting in loose threads both inside and outside, as shown in the pictures.
Several fabric hitches appear around the waist, especially near the side adjusters, as if the cloth had been rubbed â which is quite surprising for a brand-new pair.
The side adjuster hardware shows small impact marks, giving the impression of prior wear.
These defects look very unprofessional and, above all, compromise the durability of the trousers â which would otherwise be very nice.
The client service only said these defaults were caused by the manual manufacturing work - though this is not specified when buying. My return therefore cost me 25 EUR.
I do not recommend this brand as long as they do not recognise manufacturing defects as such nor they improve their delivery / return processes.
This company is incredible
This company is incredible. If you want high waisted pants you won't find better. They're quality of pants and tops are top notch, and are at a pretty decent price.
Customer services is also great. I had to do a return because I purchased two sizes, and they were quick at answering , and refunded me very quickly.
If you're looking for old school high waisted high quality pants, and other garments, give it a chance, you want be sorry.

Efter lite osÀkerhet kring en av deras byxa kontaktade jag deras kundtjÀnst som besvarade mig snabbt och gav en bra återkoppling angående materialets patina och hur tyget slits (på ett bra sÀtt).
Med detta som bakgrund bestÀllde jag ett par SAFI 32/32. Passformen var något tajtare Àn önskat, men Àven hÀr kontaktade jag kundtjÀnst och fick ett snabbt svar. Medarbetaren utvecklade ett svar angående om jag skulle bestÀlla en annan storlek eller lÀgga ut midjan hos en skrÀddare.
Byxornas material och kvalitet Àr vÀldigt hög, med marginal för att lÀgga ut byxorna. MisstÀnker att byxorna jag fick Àr ett par tidigare returnerade då ett knapphål på insidan Àr förstorat och knappen går upp emellanåt, dock Àr detta inget som stör mig.
Helhetsupplevelsen var sömlös och smidig, med en tydlig hemsida att navigera, samt en Àrlig och snabbsvarande kundtjÀnst.
Love this brand
Love this brand. I have several of their trousers, their navy suit & the Anfa Polo and love them all. The Casatlantic wardrobe grows year by year :)

Poor Quality
Took the plunge and ordered a pair of the white Tangers following their SS25 drop. After a couple of hours of light wear, the side seam by the pocket had split. By day's end, there were various loose threads in the button fly.
Reached out to CS and was disappointed with their response. It was suggested to take them to a tailor for repair and they would reimburse the cost (this is both a common fault at this point and a common response, although they had previously offered a small discount or credit to your account). I had to push for a refund on basis the quality of construction is really poor for the price.
I would not recommend.
Poor quality finishing
Brought navy Mogador trousers, pleased with fit but stitching is awful and two buttons have fallen off already. Worn less than 10 times so extremely disappointing.
Disappointing
I had high hopes for these trousers. When they arrived they felt decent but their fit was very wonky. So I decided to return them - only then finding out that it costs a whopping £25 just for the pleasure of sending trousers back!! I was really looking forward to trying these, but not offering free returns when you donât stock them in shops to try before you buy is crazy. If youâre ordering from casatlantic either cross your fingers - or find an alternative.
Great trousers, unconventional sizing
Very happy with the trousers I ordered. I had to return them once due to the unconventional sizing - I'm normally a 32/32 - with Casatlantic's sizing the 36/32 fits me perfectly. Just keep that in mind when ordering and look at their sizing chart.

A bridge between cultures
I have been working in fashion my whole life, in made to measure specifically so, as you can imagine, I am a difficult animal to please.
Casatlantic has created a product that is fairly priced for the quality, but on top of that they have molded a design and a fit that have been able to become a bridge between cultures.
It is a startup, so with pros and cons, but definitely a great stylish addition to your wardrobe.
Terrible shipping experience
Terrible shipping experience. Paid £131.00 for trousers inc shipping of £11.00. Item was too small, could not swap the item only option was to return the item at my cost and place a separate order. In total, I paid £32.00 to try on some trousers that didn't fit. Disgraceful. It's really not that hard to import to the UK.
Great marketing. There are better products on the market!
The brand has a great marketing and products are very well designed. However the service and the quality are questionable. The trousers ordered had little scratches, the color doesnât show like in picture.
And be aware, itâs 20⬠to return the goods. Which is crazily expensive! Imagine trying trousers in the shop for 20â¬.
UK customer experience
There are three parts to my experience with Casatlantic which were all 5*:
1. As it clearly states on their website that UK prices are not inclusive of VAT or import duty, I reached out to them to ask which HS/commodity codes they used for their products so that I could work out the taxes that would be due myself. I emailed at 11pm, and Carl got back to me at 8am the next day with the requested information.
At the time of this review the codes used are as follows:
Linen trousers - 62034990
Cotton trousers - 61034200
Linen shirts - 62059010
Cotton shirts - 620520
Cotton knitwear - 61051090
This allowed me to work out that I was going to pay ~12% customs duty in addition to UK VAT upon arrival of the goods. You should also be aware that UPS will charge a circa £12 handling fee. This is pretty standard operation in a post-Brexit world. It's not really Casatlantic's fault that the UK voted for it and made it difficult for companies to operate here.
2. Free UK shipping on orders over £175 is great value imo, and makes up for the £12 you pay to UPS for handling. Dispatch was very quick on both of the two orders I placed, and shipping was 2-3 working days.
3. The fit and shape of the clothes... I have two Ben Guerir shirts, an Ahfir polo and some Mogador trousers and they're all fantastic. I compared measurements with the provided size charts and went small for the shirts and medium for the polo, which were spot on for my requirements.
Overall I'm delighted with customer service, shipping and product.
Be aware if buying in the UK
Unlike some other mainland European clothing companies who sell clothes to UK consumers, and who have worked out how to operate with the new rules post-Brexit, Casatlantic haven't. So, you will have to pay all the taxes due on your clothing items to the courier before they will deliver. That is not necessarily a problem, unless you want to return something, in which case, it is very difficult for you as an individual to reclaim the taxes. You will also have to pay the 25 euro return postage cost.
The clothes are good quality, I like them and am happy with them. I judged fairly accurately with the sizing, so fortunately have not had to weather too much unreclaimable VAT.

Hidden fees on returns - DO NOT BUY!
They did not make it clear that they charge customers on returns. Charging â¬20 or more for a return is too much!! If they are going to do that, they just make it very clear to customers before they buy. Never buying from them again!!!!!
