We're sorry to hear about your missing order, however, we believe there has been a mistake. Casefully specializes exclusively in iPhone cases and phone accessories - we do not sell bikes or any children's products.

We sincerely apologize for this completely unacceptable experience. We're very concerned to hear that:

The case doesn't fit your iPhone
The quality was poor with loose threads
The product doesn't match what you ordered

We want to resolve this immediately and issue you a full refund. However, we have checked our system thoroughly and we have not received any emails from you at contact@casefully.com. We're unsure why your messages aren't reaching us - this could be a technical issue on either end.
Please could you:

Send us an email directly to: contact@casefully.com with your order number
Check that you're using the correct email address
Check your sent folder to confirm the emails went through
If possible, try sending from a different email address in case there's a spam filter issue

As soon as we receive your email, we will process your full refund immediately and arrange return at no cost to you. We truly want to make this right.
Again, we're very sorry for this experience and we're ready to resolve it as soon as we hear from you.
