Cash & Carry Kitchens - Cork Tramore Road レビュー 

Cash & Carry Kitchens were recommended by a friend. We had been to a couple of kitchen showrooms & I was worn from the showroom reps being intense on getting us to buy from them. I really enjoyed the approach by Cash & Carry Kitchens, an appointment is made for you to talk to a kitchen designer & after that it very pleasant, the overall price was very competitive, What I particularly liked was the kitchen fitter called to my house within a few weeks of the first design appt and he did his measurements etc and talked to us about our design & any concerns we had. Once the kitchen was fully fitted I was delighted, it is beautiful, from the design to the fitting was excellent customer service.

Very professional and brilliant design help available

Our new kitchen has just recently been completed and words fail us how pleased we are with everything (Quality design delivery and even The way it was packed for delivery) from day 1, when we met kitchen designer, Philip O Donovan, in the Tramore Road right from the off and through to full completion. Philip was brilliant in every way possible. He was extremely patient and went through everything with us before we finalised our new kitchen and utility layouts. Philip has an in-depth knowledge of kitchen design and nothing is a problem to him. He recommends and advises on what he considers best to suit a layout but never forced his opinion on us. Once we agreed the layout, delivery and installation was completed exactly as per the agreed fitting schedule.
Philip assigned Ian Kelly (kelly Creative Design)for the fitting and again nothing was a problem.

Nightmare

I ordered my kitchen in late October 2025. I am still left here, May 18, with a kitchen that is not sealed or tiled. Admittedly this is not directly Cash and Carry kitchens issue but they assigned our fitter. I received an email to say that my kitchen would be delivered 21 January and done in a week. I had arranged with the fitter that he remove the old kitchen, he offered this service. Tiling, electrics, plumbing were involved. No communication up to the Monday before expected delivery. No details of measurements for tiling etc.I called to the shop and I mentioned this. The delivery was delayed because the fitter was not available that week.

I had made a few attempts to contact him but got no answer. I began to feel like a ‘moan’ because I was trying so often to be told he would ‘touch base’ that evening or week etc but nothing.

Eventually the kitchen was delivered the start of March. It was done in the week and the fitter was paid for the removal, electrics, plumbing and he suggested I pay the tiler myself.

Tried communicating with the tiler but no answer so here I was again trying to contact and getting nothing back.

So I am now here with a new kitchen that is not sealed so if anyone spills water it is going to go directly behind the counter and cause water damage !!!!!

I eventually rang several tilers and found a nice man, who actually responded. He is going to tile the kitchen for me in June.

It was a nightmare and took the enjoyment completely out of what should have been an enjoyable upgrade in our home.


Lack of communication between Cash and Carry, the fitter, tiler etc and made to feel like a pest ruined the whole experience on top of the fact that we are still not fully finished. I am in the process of removing the plaster from the walls above my ‘NEW’ kitchen

Found the staff very helpful

Absolute disaster, purchased kitchen on October 2025 and it was a disgrace how it was fitted, all units damaged and chipped, oven press unit uneven, scratched counter tops, sink fitted incorrectly and left with chipped counter around it, so many faults its hard to listen them all and left my house covered with dust and so much rubbish i had to get a trailer to get rid of it to the dump.I rang the day it was finished to complain and they said that it would be fixed. Sent another fitter out to access it. We had to cancel our tiler, and carpenter for our flooring, Christmas was a nightmare, the stress was unreal. 4 months later eventually it was to be fixed . It was pieced together, bits glued on to side od presses, pannells missing, doors scratched and some presses didn't even have a back on them, that was it finished, a botched job from start to finish.I have been given the run around by the shop I emailed and rang over and over, I requested to speak to a manager and have been denied, not just once,on several occasions. Customer service, there is none I was spokon to very badly, eventually had to get my husband to ring as i was just being fobbed off. Eventually fitter no 3 came out to access the damaged kitchen again, and no comeback from the company on the damage or repair, just a BS email on how we would get the kitchen we deserve, that was well over a month ago. The stress is now starting to impact my health, I spent my hard earned money on somthing that was to be a wonderful experience and I have never been treated so badly, finally made the decision to take the step.Dont buy a kitchen from them is my advice they will take your money, make promises and leave you high and dry, laughing all the way to the bank with your hard earned cash.

We were dealt by Declan at Tramore road, Cork. He was super polite and a true proffessional to deal. Gave us enough ideas, accomodated our requests and made the planning process a cake walk. Hope the final work goes well.

Had been to other showrooms but Barry was just very enthusiastic and went through everything with us ,answering all our questions with ease making our decision easy
