Cashel Travel レビュー

I've collaborated with Vibeke and Mona on several occasions, and are more than pleased! They are both highly professional, and always have a plan B on hold in case of changes. They also have good dialouge with the client while they are on the trip, which i highly appreciate! I really enjoy our partnership :)

want to sincerely thank the entire Cashell team for their outstanding work and dedication. From the inspection visit through the convention, they demonstrated strong expertise and skills that ensured flawless program execution and created a truly unique experience. Their attention to detail, respect for timing, and the quality of their proposals—combined with the warmth of the team—resulted in excellent feedback from my guests.
• Christina stood out for her deep knowledge of the destination, quick thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Alex distinguished himself with his support and reliability during both the scouting and the convention, as well as his close rapport with guests.
• Jass impressed with resilience, adaptability, problem-solving, and excellent follow-through.
• Yuva was remarkable for warmth, availability, and flexibility.

Together, the four of them consistently demonstrated a guest- and client-oriented mindset while being genuinely friendly, empathetic, and kind to me personally.

As Christina once said—I think I should probably take Spanish lessons!

Thank you again. Without Cashell, and without this exceptional team, I’m sure the story would have been completely differenT. Thank you for making magic happen

Everything was highly professional but in a friendly atmosphere.

Working with Rebeca has been WONDERFUL! Everything went by smoothly and the clients had the most wonderful time!
Thank you thank you!!

Working with Violeta has been a fantastic experience.
She adapts to clients' needs, offering advice and suggesting activities.
During the trip, she was attentive at all times to ensure that clients enjoyed themselves 100%.
It's a pleasure to work with Cashel Travel.

My client had a wonderfull fishing trip arranged by Cashel Travel. Although some parts of the trip were a bit too fancy like one hotel and the cars used for the transfer (even though we informed that it didn't have to be fancy at all).

Julie was our contact for this last minute group for Dublin & Edinburgh and she was fantastic! The group had a great time in both cities and the Cashel team working on site were fantastic too! We look forward for the next group with Cashel.

As a travel consultant, I’ve had the chance to work with Rosie Heywood and Ben Newman, and honestly, they’re rockstars. They’re always one step ahead, super responsive, and they really know their stuff. I’m a huge fan of the UK, and they’ve been amazing at recommending everything from hidden gems and small villages to the big must-see cities.

I couldn’t be happier to have connected with them — they make the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I’d absolutely recommend Cashel to any travel advisors or meeting planners here in North America.

We worked with this company to organize a bespoke trip to England for one of our most demanding clients, and the experience was excellent. The team showed great flexibility in handling last-minute requests, the guides and drivers were outstanding, and the choice of hotels was perfectly suited to a luxury profile.

Communication was always quick and detailed, which gave us full confidence throughout the process. There were a few challenges with very last-minute changes (understandable with such a complex itinerary), but overall everything was handled with professionalism and care.

A reliable and highly recommended partner for tailor-made luxury travel.

We work with Cashel Travel Team, and our main point of contact is Monika Markiewicz. She handles all our arrangements for our summer season in Scotland where we offer a post voyage extension of Edinburgh. Monika and her team are true professionals in providing the best experience. This includes, their meet and greet staff to the drivers and guides and after office hours staff who helps coordinate any missing and delayed guests.
We had 11 groups varying from 6 - to 18 guests this summer and all traveled home with unforgettable experience of Edinburgh, including the Tattoo performance at the Castle which all August group members were able to participate.
Thanks to all of you at Cashel and a special shout out to Monika. It was a pleasure working with you Monika and look forward to 2026 and beyond. Lindblad Expeditions, NY Team

I traveled to Ireland and Scottland with my family this summer and we really had a great experience with Cashel. Everything ruined smoothly during the entire trip.

I would like to thank specially to Violeta Dominguez who was in charge of the trip for planning it all so well and for being aware of us during the entire trip. She managed to give us many surprises for my girls thinking about our personal interest and was available at all time for me helping to make all the slight modifications we required during the trip. So Violeta if you are reading this: thank you SO much, you really made the difference.

Our guides Javier (in Dublin) & Mar (in Edinburgh) were both excellent! They had a lot of experience with Mexican clients and had a lot of patience with my daughters.

All our drivers were also very nice, on time, with a great attitude and they drive carefully and very good at all times.

The only feedback that I could give to you is regarding the day we left Edinburgh towards Inverness and we had on the day plans all these stops: The Kelpies, Stirling Castle, driving through Glencoe, stop at Drumbuie farm & the cruise at Lake Ness... I think this is impossible to do in one same day even departing on time. I recommend to split the activities and specially with Mexican clients that take longer to visit and eat and depart from one place to the other.

Even though, Violeta managed to modify our reservation for the cruise at Lake Ness for the following day and we were able to experience everything as planned.

Thank you so much again and rest assured I am passing this feedback to 100+ travel advisors from Nuba.

Hoping to work with you soon and kind regards,

Lety

The Cashel Travel team were a joy to work with from start to finish. Their ability to handle last minute changes and get the ball rolling after it had stopped inspired a lot of confidence and made for a very successful trip.
Pierre and Leo were amazing onsite and really went the extra mile to ensure everything was a great experience.

Cashel Travel planned a 10 day tour of Scotland for our group of almost 50 people. They executed the plan with precision and attention to every detail. Adi at Cashel was a delight to work with. She is professional, diligent and took care of every detail. I can highly recommend Cashel Travel for your travel plans.

My team and I have been working with Cashel Travel for a while now and I couldn't be happier about the work they've done. We recently had two clients visiting the UK and the work Violeta and Riki put into these trips to make them truly unique and unforgettable didn't go unnoticed; neither by us or our customers. Not only they are extremely knowledgeable, but also they're very detail-oriented, which helps us make sure nothing goes unnoticed.

Susana Aguilar from Panorama she did a great job organizing our trip with nice tours!!! best experience

Violeta and Riki were fantastic. They listened to what I was looking for in a vacation and came through with the best itinerary. In addition to the itinerary the guides they arranged were the best. Both guides were extremely knowledgeable and great to travel with. Violeta and Riki arranged everything from hotels, to transportation to the guides to any needed admission tickets. I couldn’t have asked for more.

I work as a travel agent and I`ve been working with both Vibeke and Mona for the last 2 years for different groups. Allways willing to find solutions and good products. I`ve had both corporate groups and sports groups to UK and all of them have been very well taken care of. Looking forward to continuing our good cooperation.

The communication with Violeta Dominguez was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was very easy to make adjustments to our itinerary, she was always available for questions and comments, even on her day off. We really appreciate her understanding and flexibility with last minute changes and additions. Also , being able to communicate in Spanish is a plus.

Cashel Travel provided a seamless and well-organized trip with excellent communication throughout. Our driver was incredibly kind and professional, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.
