My name is Thomas Cartwright and I was stranded in Glasgow Kentucky on 4/10/2026 I called the Cash Express office and spoke to an agent named Tanya and she told me to stop by and they would see if they could help. Since the store was two blocks from where I was I pushed myself to there destination. I'm a paraplegic and I was down to my last $22.00 and had no way to get a hotel or transportation to Bowling Green to take care of my financial need to get back home which is two states over. The agents in the office were Manager Ashley, Crystal and Tanya that I already mentioned. These three women worked diligently three hours between dealing with customers and helping me get funds for a flight home and a ride to the airport. Ashley handled the situation with professional decision making with compassion and concerns for my safety. I wouldn't have and couldn't have made it home without the support of the team at Glasgow #1 Cash Express in Glasgow Kentucky. I give all respects and gratitude to this organization. This is the absolute worst place to try and get a check cashed. My daughter is a minor and her co workers told her they come to Cash Express to try them until direct deposit is set up. For the love of Mary this is absolutely been a nightmare. The first time took over an hour saying they had to fill out all this info of mine and hers ...okay fine ..done it. Direct deposit wasn't set up for her next check so we come back today and low and behold ....we have been here almost an hour and a half to get a 200 check cashed with them using every excuse like our ATT is bad or oh now we have to re set up her another packet again ....... Lack of knowledge and training I would say is the biggest issue .......If your in a hurry. DO NOT COME HERE.....

This is shit, you guys sent me wrong amount of loan, you sent me 500 pesos and returned it same day before 24hrs after you sent the money. I sent the screenshots of my payment and then you cash express sent me email informing me that they received the amount and then upon checking my account now may utang pa pala ako? What happend Cash express? I did not use your money I return it minutes after you send it to me. Your terms and conditions nyo di scroll, I tried to scroll it pero sa gitna is you need to approve loan so I thought after eh approve my additional steps pa like ipakita nyo Yong terms and conditions but WALA and what you did matic you sent the WRONG AMOUNT OF MY TO
MY GCASH. Scam tong ginagawa nyo di transparent Yong terms and conditions nyo.

Why 1* ... Purchased a watch that was broken so I returned to find out they would not refund me the price with the receipt and within 24 hours of purchasing as they are unable to do this in store!! They told me there policy was to try and repair it first!! So 4 days later I was able to collect and to discover the watch still was out of sync and all that had been done was a new battery!! After calling several times 2 weeks passed and I was then told they would offer me the price for the watch what they found it to be worth that was 80% less than I payed !!. This is a company that needs to be investigated for there practice and I would strongly advise spending even 1p in any of there shops.

I have done business with the dayton tn store for a number of yrs. And never had a problem or complaint till now. This new girl they hired Megan she is the rudest and most disrespectful person I have ever had to deal with. I am 62 and never been so disrespected in my life, if you can go there and only have to deal with Kristen you will be happy customer but unfortunately you will at some point have to deal with Megan, your better off to find another cash express and avoid that store .

Je me suis rendu au Cash express de Grivegnee à liège pour acheter un sèche-linge, nous leur avons bien demandé si il fonctionnait il nous a répondu que Tous les électrons étaient vérifiés et contrôlés Et que tout fonctionnait A ma grande surprise, quand je suis rentré chez moi, le séchoir Ne Fonctionnait pas Pourtant d’après eux il était vérifié, donc il nous a dit de revenir au magasin car il était sous garantie deux ans donc nous avons dû faire 211 km aller le rechercher. Revenir le reconduire revenir. Il nous a remboursé En cache comme expliqué au téléphone, nous avons quand même demandé au gérant pour avoir dédommagement pour les kilomètres et Le gérant nous a répondu que le geste commercial était le remboursement en cash. Or le jour même quand nous avons téléphoné pour dire qu’il ne fonctionnait pas il nous avait dit que il rembourserai en cash. Donc en gros nous avons pas eu un dédommagement donc si vous allez faire des achats dans ce magasin, tester surtout les produits, car apparemment ils prennent l’humidité dans le magasin. C’est pour cela que le séchoir ne fonctionnait pas. Nous a-t-il dit En gros, N’allez pas acheter dans ce magasin, Service incompétent.

I am not sure what some of these previous reviews are talking about. The Cash Express I deal with does not have an app to download. They do not use a card reader or have an ATM in their locations, They are only based in Oklahoma and I have never had any of their representatives be rude or hateful. They have always gone far and beyond to help me. I do believe people need to make sure they are adding a review on the right business.

Florence location hasn’t had their card reader available to their customers. Card reader nor ATM available for sometime . The response is i don’t know when it will be fixed may not be next week. That’s fine i expect the worker not to know the exact time and date. But its has been too long for me not to use my card at my convenience to pay the company back in their store. I reached out to customer service sweet lady she did not understand why Florence muscle shoals and Athens more than likely card readers are not working for their customers. She patched me thru to the district manager, for her to be a district manager she is top line unprofessional rude and disrespectful. The loyalty and respect don’t like up in this district starting with the district manager and i will not refer a soul!

This app is so useless and full of fraudulent acts. One of their online marketers called my phone to advertise this useless app to me, firstly I refused that I needed not to borrow, he finally convinced me. After I installed the app, I requested for a loan at the end I was not ok with the offer then I neglected it, only for me to wake up the next morning to discover money paid into my account from this app without my approval. I was shocked because I was supposed to accept this offer before the money can be disbursed into my account but in this case no, it wasn't like that. Immediately I had to send email messages to the email addresses I saw online but didn't get any response. I tried to call the fool who contacted me to advertise the app to me but his number was not been reachable. To worsen the case, a week later their online customer started sending messages, death threats, posting negative things about me. I had to call the WhatsApp number that sent me messages and this foolish girl had the nerves to start laying curses on me and my family because of a token I never bargained for. Please guys, to avoid the type of experience and embarrassment I got from these app, please I advise you avoid this app. They are thieves in disguise.
