I thought maybe they take all the miles out at once and transfer them. I’m basically waiting on them to use em on flights. Other than that it’s good.

They did just as they advertised
They did just as they advertised. Quick and easy no hassle no fuss. I calculated my miles to cash on there easy to navigate page. Sent in my request to sell my miles. Got a call back from them within minutes to go over how it all works and what to expect. Upon them confirming my PayPal account and email address they sent me my money within 45 minutes of me agreeing to sell my miles. So easy and secure. I will definitely use them again in the future, and I would recommend them to any one who wants to sell there miles or card points..

I lost over 100,000 miles by using Cash…
I lost over 100,000 miles by using Cash for My Miles. Airlines locked my account and all was lost. They talked to me a lot about it, but offered no actual help or assistance and only said they warned me... but their warnings were "like nothing ever happens but it could" when I did the offer and after my miles were lost they painted another picture saying my airlines was the worst for having issues

Communication is key
I was never notified (by Cash For My Miles) that the transaction was completed (miles redeemed).
The airline notified each time miles were redeemed but I'm still waiting for notification that I can reset my password.
