Pretty upset with this company, I got a loan through them and it was a huge mistake!!! Unfortunately I ended up having to take a leave from work because of an unexpected injury these people had no compassion or empathy. I tried contacting them numerous times because I needed to make other arrangements for the repayment of the loans. The person I spoke to made it seem like everything was okay and it wasn’t a big deal to push the payments back. It was a lie, they put I defaulted which makes me look bad.

Went into Cash Money at 347 Bayfield St Barrie, Ontario on Friday June 14/2024 to send some money through Western Union which I have done many times before . The teller asked me for ID which I showed him but asked him why as never had to before to send a few hundred dollars . The lady manager came stomping over and began to give me a lecture about Western Union requiring it which is a total lie because I send money often. Told her just across the street at Money Mart they never ask for ID but she said that's not true and was totally rude to me, so I said never mind will wait in the line up across the street and left . Went across the street sent my money without being asked for ID and with out being bad mouthed in front of customers that were there . If I wanted to listen to a lecture from her I'd go back to school, totally unprofessional and a down right rude person . Will never send through Cash Money again .

A company that will save you money as much as they are permitted. They actually, help, pick up the phone. Everything fast, easy, and with no extra stress. This company has their buisness together. As for Carlos , you could not ask or get a better Representative for your company.
