Fast and kind service

I just called to ask Then about my account and a lady by the name julie answered and she gave me very bad customer service put me on hold For three times and I'm a long term customer I paid off my loan and it was just a bad experience. I would not recommend borrowing from this company.

Customer service was fat and friendly. However I did not appreciate the cashier having to go through my online banking information using my phone when I had 3 months printed out.

I was in need of a loan and called your store in New Westminster. A wonderful lady by the name of Olivia answered and helped me through the process from beginning to end. She was extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great product and an even more impressive employee. Big thank you to Olivia!

System is seamless and staff or customer service is very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Great communication, great customer service and support!

I come every month, same day and this time specifically at the new west location there was only one worker, usually 2 or 3, since it's a government pay day. I also had to wait 15 mins to get served and listen to an 15 minute therapy session. Was not impressed. Also the floor was very slippery from a last minute washing. I usually have good experience but this time wasn't. Hopefully it can be improved.
