Your staff (Amy) was amazing. After visiting several establishments looking for a Western Union, and being turned away with "we no longer do that", I happened to walk past CashMoney on Finch and Warden. The atmosphere was welcoming. She was so professional, pleasant and helpful, giving advice and explanation. In a time where people have just become numbers, Amy's customer service was outstanding. I felt important. She was genuine. Well done.

The process was really smooth! The manager made a phone call in the morning and informed me about the loan qualification. Then, the second time I called I was assisted by the male employee about the requirements and like what the manager said. I was invited to come over their branch where I will be assisted in person for the loan approval. Touché!, when I came over Amy one of the clerk helped me with my loan application. Amy help me with my application by giving me all the information needed and set me with proper expectation! all in all it was a smooth sailing. It was all because of the wonderful teamwork that this branch employee executed through the entire process of my application.!

I recently went to one of your locations to payoff a loan and the representative that assisted me there was 200% professional, very knowledgeable, extremely nice to deal with..
He made me feel like he valued my business..
