Life changes as we get older & borrowing funds is always nerve-racking, but Stephanie (branch manager) was super friendly & patient, walked me through the whole process online without walking into the branch.

CASH MONEY is simply THE BEST!!! They are my GO TO for my emergency financial needs. Their customer service is excellent -- very kind, emphatetic, very considerate and very flexible. Although their system already has an option to change your payment due date up to certain extent/days, there are still occasions (due to financial challenge that I an going through) that I already moved the payment due date from their system to the maximum extension, by simply calling them at least 2 days before my payment due date, they are still able to give me consideration to manually adjust my payment due date on their own internal system, with the help of their Branch Manager and for that, I am forever grateful to CASH MONEY for exceptional service that they are providing. Keep up the good works CASH MONEY and GOD BLESS!!!

Sorry to say the staff in the store is not trained and educate enough for customer's question and the website is not user-friendly at all. My payday loan was paid on last Thursday night its still not updated on the website. So not happy with yours services.
