The young man who originally helped me was amazing to deal with. He unfortunately was moving away but I strongly recommend that if he ever needs a job in the future that he is hired! I wish I could remember his name, but I just wanted to say that! Everything has been very fast and efficient in getting the loans I’ve needed. The only issue I would say is when my money was supposed to come out on the Friday. It didn’t come out until after the long weekend so I had to scramble to find a bit of cash because my bank fees had come out as well as my rent!

Friendly, knowledgeable & efficient workers ensures Hassle an easy & pleasent experience, with very few things that they can't resolve immediately and the things that can't be resolved immedietly will be resolved within 24 hours usually, 48 hours tops in my experiences. Overall top notch customer service makes for a company I'm happy to return to time and time again.

Ps. A personal experience recently that exemplifies the truly high level of customer service they demonstrate. The other day when I went into the Lansdowne & parkway location to make a cash payment to my credit line before my payment due date. There was only one worker and the person ahead of me applying for a credit line. Instead of making me wait the worker explained the paperwork asked the customwr to olease step to the next window while filling it out so they could process my payment since it's so quick as opposed to the time required to finish a full new customer application. Truly above and beyond Service.
