I was approved loan very easily and quickly. The process was smooth and without much of document work. Amazing service.

I do like that you can use cash money in a pinch.. the one thing I don't like is when you take out an installment loan, say you want to pay it back in 2 months the next time you go to reloan, you can't get another installment loan. You'd have to pay it back within that month or they make you get a payday loan...

Quick, effective and helpful service from employees always! When applying online, I usually have to enter information two times or sometimes more (instead of having things work properly the first time, which can be bothersome). But again, I always receive the help I need from staff.

I've been using cash money for several years now. My most local branch is located at I believe LaSalle and Barry down in Sudbury, Ontario and the manager as well as the head teller. There are some really great customer service representatives who are always ready, willing and able to help. They're very knowledgeable and they've made using your services easy and something that I can actually look forward to instead of dreading as I had in the past using other companies for payday loan or cash advances. I love using the online app as it is trustworthy and secure. Easy to navigate. The instructions generally are clear and being recently disabled due to a car accident. Having the ability to manage my line of credit and payday loan account online makes my life so much easier.
