Customer service was friendly and very helpful

Best customer service! You guys are great. Call me often and worked with me to transfer my payday loans to a secured loan. Saved me over 100.00 per month and helps me to pay down loans now. I was stuck in payday loans for an over a year. Now I am able to get it paid off and build my credit too. Thank you for everything. They are the best to work with and the only ones who offer help with those on disability. Highly recommend!!!

CM is easy to use, super clear on how they operate and easy to see where your money is and how and when to pay! The CM was way more convenient but logging into the site is exactly the same. The ladies at my branch are always kind and helpful. Do I think the “fees” associated with the line of credit is too too high… hell yes! I don’t understand why they are so much. It’s definitely not easy to understand what they are for. I don’t think they can tell you either. Not cool CM. Not cool. Wouldn’t you rather customers pay off the principal faster and keep using your services?, make that high interest-that’s good business, what you do now is predatory.

Good experience

I asked for a pay day loan of 250.00 over the phone. The lady, Emily, I spoke with said she sent me the paperwork. I clicked all the buttons to continue and was sent 375.00 instead. I asked her to cancel the loan, and she couldn't. I had to wait for the money to come through and then call back so she could take it back directly. Which she did, expecting to redo the loan for the proper amount, which she couldn't. Now I have to try to borrow money from someone IF I can find anyone.

Fast convience of online etransfer of pay day loans much easier than having to go into the store, as this can sometimes be difficult with children... also convience of automatic payment helps not having yo come in everything..
