Somethings can be done through a website.
Always very friendly and helpful in every interraction. However, when I go into the brick and mortar to ask a question they immediately refer me to the website. If I've physically come into your business, obviously Im looking for customer service that I'm not getting through your website. Other then feeling im not being validated in the store, they ate generally very nice and helpful.
