Dean took the time to listen to our requirements and advised me of an appropriate product. The product was delivered within 2 days and works exactly as described. Thanks for the great service.

No serial cables in box
I note that they didn't have a serial cable in the box but I had some spares and the rest of the experience was very good with very prompt shipping and delivery. Also the quality of that new model seems very good for the price.

Thank you for the review, David.
As discussed on the phone, we did think the Element Printers had the serial cable in the box. Many come with serial cables but more are now coming without them by the looks of it. I guess there are a lot only using USB now, however, as we discussed there are alot still using RS232 interface. We have added the option to add serial cable to the website so appreciate your feedback in relation to this product.
Excellent service

I was forced to buy 2 printers because they sold something that wasn't compatible with my system. When a customer asks for a Bluetooth compatible printer just give it man. Nearly $700 down the drain for a new opened store is painful

Hi Metin,
We are a little confused by your reviewâŠ
You were forced to buy two printers?
You ordered a single printer from our website which was NOT Bluetooth and you state to just give you a Bluetooth printer. We provided you with exactly what you ordered from our website. We have not had a phone call or email from you in relation to this order.
Sorry you felt the need to provide a 1 star review based on us providing you with a product you ordered from our website.

They went above and beyond to put the pos software into my pc for me so that it is readied for me when i received it. It was not part of the bundle. i bought it seperate. Fantastic service. Quick delivery on time for my business. +++

Thank you for the review, Abdul.
We haven't received any emails or phone call in relation to the quality so receiving a 3 star review without any knowledge of issues doesn't give us any time to look into any issues or rectify them. We will take a look into this anyway.
Box well ticked
I had a lovely and experienced man speak to me on the phone who gave me full confidence and understanding of what was wrong with the printers in our shops. I made the right ink purchase and now all is working! Box well ticked
