Non-Paying Site or program
Greetings Everyone, I usually prefer to write positive 5Stars reviews based on my experience with any site or program, but this cashtoads.com Review is a NEGATIVE one. The Star is only to Facilitate the Review .I became a Member in November 13th 2025 and immediately completed a Deposit of $25 in order to purchase Advertising Packages. Firstly, One is given 10 Ads. at $0.002 per Ad. per day.(two cents per day). Purchasing ads., there are 3 options : Spark, Titan, Boss X, Giving Views of 500,3000,17500 valuing $1, $5, $25 per Package You are also promised 130%, 137%,& 147% respectively on each package. At first I purchased the Spark for $1 , on 5 different occasions(that's $5 from $25). The earnings were insignificant, so I decided to purchase the Titan package for $5. This increased the Daily earnings from the ten ads to twenty three cents per day, but lasted only a few days after which I returned to earning 2 cents a day. Hence I purchase the Titan package two more times in trying to reach the Minimum withdrawal of $5. In other words I spent a Total of $20 before I could make that $5 w/d., With a 137% ROI, I should have made up to $27.40. but reaching $5.37 I Requested a w/d on Jan. 6th 2026. This Payment was to be paid 1-8 hours after request, and up to writing this Review on January 30th 2026, payment was still PENDING. Since purchasing the last Titan Ad Package on January 2nd 2026 the daily ad view has moved from $0.002 to$0.023 and has been so until I made another $5 and Requested another $5 w/d on January 29th 2026. Total outstanding Withdrawal is now $10.37 Pending Admin's Approval. The ONE good thing about this Site or Cash to ads program, is that all Actions and Transactions are RECORDED but There is NO RESPONSE from Support or Admin to Request or Messages. So I have Concluded that this Site is a Fraud or Scam which needs to be Checked out, and should be avoided if possible. They will gladly accept your deposit but will not Respond to Messages or Withdrawals And you will NOT be Paid in 1-8 hours nor Weeks for that matter. So STAY AWAY It's Not worth Risking you hard earned Cash.
