Every time you request a payout, they ask you for verification. Every time. First you have to wait a minimum of 4 days from when you request payment, then they definitely tell you by email that you have to go through the verification again, regardless of the fact that you verified everything ten days ago. If you pay with a virtual card, that's where the trouble begins. They are asking you for documents from the bank that they know do not exist. And you try to solve the problem through chat, but they just repeat the same thing, and the verification team does not respond to your email. A big waste of time and nerves. The last time I had to wait 11 days for my money and every day I lost a couple of hours trying to find a solution through chat and lost a ton of nerves. Even a few years ago it was possible to get bigger profits, but not anymore. It's very difficult to get free spins, and when you do, it's a few euros. Never again this casino. A few days ago they had a raffle where the prize was a G Wagon. They didn't have a live draw, they just posted a edited video with the winning number. So much for transparency.

Un' altro sito non autorizzato dall' ADM Italia e ovviamente truffaldino. Dopo aver depositato i propri fondi,la possibilità di prelevare eventuali vincite è pari a 0. Prima ti chiedo di verificare l' identità, poi una prova di residenza ed infine richiedono un estratto conto da cui di deve evincere il versamento verso il casinò. Morale della storia? Non vi accetteranno mai il prelievo anche dopo aver caricato tutti i documenti trovando innumerevoli scuse come ad esempio:" I documenti caricati non sono validi". Evitate di gettare i soldi in questo sito TRUFFA.

CashWin es la mayor estafa de la red. No apuestes un 1€ que nunca te pagarán nada. Llevo más de una semana para que me activen el método de pago para cobrar 500€ y no lo activan. Es una estafa.

Buenas, deposite dinero en este casino, gane 5000 euro aproximadamente, fui a retirarlo y empecé con la verificación, la verificación automática bien, pero cuando empecé con el chat, era en todo momento pidiendo documento sin sentido, hasta el punto de decirme que me hiciera un selfie con el nombre de la dirección, aun asin lo he hecho y siguen diciendo que no es válido, tendre por lo menos 10 documentos subido en la pagina y solo hacen ponerme pegas,puede alguien ayudarme solo quiero retirar el dinero de aqui, y si hay alguien que le ha pasado esto y despues se ha solucionado. First review was in July. It is now Oct 2nd and they just responded to my review 2 days ago. I still haven't received my payout thats been pending for months now.

Ich habe von Deutschland aus, ohne VPN (deutsche IP/WLAN) bei Cashwin gespielt. Obwohl in den AGB Deutschland als „verbotenes Land“ genannt ist, waren Registrierung, Einzahlung und Spiel jederzeit möglich. Eine deutsche Lizenz existiert nicht, und der Anbieter ist nicht auf der GGL-Whitelist zu finden – damit ist das Angebot für deutsche Spieler unerlaubt. 

Nach meinem Verständnis verstößt dies gegen den Glücksspielstaatsvertrag 2021 (GlüStV): In Deutschland gilt ein anbieterübergreifendes monatliches Einzahlungslimit von 1.000 € zum Spielerschutz; außerdem sind Online-Angebote ohne deutsche Erlaubnis unzulässig. Cashwin hat dennoch Einzahlungen deutlich über 1.000 € ermöglicht und den Zugang aus Deutschland nicht verhindert. 

Rechtlicher Hintergrund (kurz): Das Veranstalten unerlaubten Glücksspiels ist in Deutschland strafbar (bis zu 2 Jahre Freiheitsstrafe oder Geldstrafe). Auch die Beteiligung an unerlaubtem öffentlichen Glücksspiel kann bis zu 6 Monate Freiheitsstrafe oder Geldstrafe nach sich ziehen. Ich halte es für wichtig, dass deutsche Spieler das wissen und das Spielen bei nicht lizenzierten Anbietern sofort einstellen. 

Mein Fall (chronologisch):
• 27.12.2023: Erster Antrag auf Kontoschließung (Hinweis auf Spielsucht). Statt Sperre wurde ich mit Boni weiter zum Spielen motiviert (Responsible-Gambling-Pflichten missachtet).
• Später: Antrag auf Rückerstattung – aus meiner Sicht wurden Einzahlungen rechtswidrig einbehalten.
• > 1,5 Monate: wiederholte Anfragen zu Rückerstattung und vollständigen Einzahlungsnachweisen; keine E-Mail-Antwort, im Chat nur Standardtexte.
• Summe der geforderten Rückerstattung: ≈ 30.000 €.

Meine Forderung:
1. Vollständige Rückerstattung meiner Einzahlungen (≈ 30.000 €).
2. Verbindliche schriftliche Stellungnahme, warum der Zugang aus Deutschland trotz fehlender GGL-Lizenz möglich war.
3. Sofortige Information aller deutschen Kunden, dass das Angebot ohne deutsche Lizenz unerlaubt ist, sowie konsequente Sperrung für DE.

Ich werde diese Dokumentation den zuständigen Behörden (GGL) übermitteln. Spieler in Deutschland sollten ausschließlich Anbieter aus der offiziellen Whitelist nutzen. 

Hinweis: Dieser Post spiegelt meine Erfahrungen und mein Rechtsverständnis wider. Rechtsgrundlagen: GlüStV (Einzahlungslimit 1.000 €), §284/§285 StGB. 

TL;DR: Kein DE-Schutz, keine Lizenz/Whitelist, Bonus-Push statt Sperre, keine Antwort/Erstattung – aus meiner Sicht illegal. Rückerstattung ≈ 30.000 € gefordert

CAshwin s’est détérioré avec l’année passée, j’ai changé 3 × 2 gestionnaire. VIP dont le dernier est un petit peu hautain ne veut pas être concilient aucune fidélité n’a été remise à ma date d’anniversaire. Aucune fidélité ne m’a été remise à la date de mon anniversaire de mon inscription, j’ai perdu mes deux dernières primes. VIP. Soi-disant parce que j’ai clôturé mon compte les retraits. Tarde tarde, tarde de plus en plus à arriver et en plus on nous ment sur le chat.. expérience déplorable. Jeu qui beug en plein bonus avec 400 euro à clé on m’a donné 7 euro enfin voilà je ne reviendrai pas sur cette expérience
