Got the advice I was looking for many thanks

Thank you for your advice yesterday. I approached my employer with that advice and my grievence has now been sorted. Highly recommend this company. Once again, thank you.

I would highly recommend Castle, it was my first time ever using legal advice and I must say the level of service provided was exceptional. I instantly felt reassured and confident after having spoken with Castle Associates, I have even recommended my family and friends.

Spoke with Castle for a friend and wished that I had spoken with them long before my friend resigned. My friend would have been a 100% on top with his issues a work.
Lindsey was very pleasant and highly passionate about her knowledge of employment matters.

Highly recommended. Lyndsey was very nice, asked pointed questions and gave me the answers I needed very quickly, will definitely be returning if I need further advice.

I initially contacted 4 solicitors all of whom offered an initial free consultation, all who then got me to fill in forms and answer questions.. to then be told I didn’t qualify for the free consultation! they wanted to charge £250-£450 for their time and advice !

After speaking to Nash he was very helpful and advised me on my next move he went through my options and told me my entitlements! Nash was very informative and thorough and made me aware of any help available to me should I need it. I won't hesitate on calling him back. Very good service

Lyndsey was extremely helpful and friendly and professional and gave me the best possible advice I could ask for with no delay. Gave excellent advise over the phone! Nash was super friendly and was able to point me to specific clauses and regulations to help support my case. He even pointed me to cheaper/free options I could try other than himself so very honest!

I used this firm on a private basis costing me hundreds and thus had a first class service. However, based on that experience decided to become a member. OMG 😲 ... worst move I ever made!
Total opposite experience. Misconstrued information.
Unhelpful representatives. Unconcerned work staff including the managing director himself.
My advise only use this firm if you have money in your back pocket to pay privately otherwise you will find you will be doing the leg work yourself upon becoming a member and being tied into their contract with no hope of getting your money back!

I found Nash polite and listened to my concern, but he had to tell me that unfortunately Castles would not be able to be of assistance He suggested I contact either the CAB or other solicitors and warned it could be expensive

Was able to give us concise and helpful advise when we needed it regarding employment Law. Thank you so much
