It was a very stressful time at work for me, where I was being victimised. I was absolutely devastated by the whole situation. On speaking to Castle Associates, I was reassured that my case could be dealt with. A very big thank you to Castle Associates, for their expert advice and for putting me in touch with one of their Trade Union Representatives. Trevor supported me through the whole situation and if it was not for his knowledge, expertise and continuous support I could have lost my job and home. Thank you very much Trevor for always being at the end of the phone when I was so worried and loosing my mind. I recommend this service to anyone who finds themselves in same predicament as me.

Awful company, terrible service and no help whatsoever provided.
I managed to get more advice and support from researching online and speaking to my own network.
Even after documenting the lack of work done (despite paying the £300 deposit fee) and writing a formal complaint I wasn’t able to get all my money back.
It honestly seems like a sham of a company that takes advantage of people in vulnerable positions. I would never recommend them or use them again. Don’t waste your money.

What an amazing team. I recently found myself on suspension after a call of mine was monitored by the company i work for. I felt at the time that it was unfair and did acknowledge the mistake straight away. The company decided to proceed to a disciplanry and i was amazed as i had an exemplary record over my 5 years of service. When i contacted Castle Associates for guidance and help they put me through to lynssey who explained straight away what they felt was the issue and advised in a calm and helpful way. Lynssey was brilliant and very much about being honest and upfront. Felt like i had support for the first time since the allegation. I paid the fee and was put intouch with a local trade union rep named Brian Lashley. Brian was instrumental, fantastic and a true professional. He sat me down and reviewed everything. Asked questions, liased with the company on my behalf and took all the worry and pressure away from myself and the family. There isnt enough good words in the english dictionary to describe how brilliant brian was and is. I could not thank him enough. After the hearing i felt that i was unable to remain with the company so i decided to hand in my resignation and the company accepted straight away with a full notice period being paid. The allegatiins to best of my knowledge have been dropped also. I can finish by saying that if anyone reads this review and is in a circumstance were you have been brought to a disciplanry and you feel that its not right then definitly ring Castle Associates. from a very horrible 2 years of \ grievances with my work manager and work place of. 10years . I unfortunately was left at a dismissal hearing with no representation or Union member to help me show and explain my i side of the issues involved

Not free at all, quite poor response and very long waiting time for replies or any information on first (few) attempted contacts, However, Once I got someone assigned to my case, everything run smoothly, and I was made feel as an important and valued person; it might all have been just that the person allocated to me was AMAZING and therefore the reason why my rating is high, as well as their very fair pricing! Saq was the best person that anyone could wish giving my desperate situation. I can truly say that if it wasn't for him the situation might have got me into a worst Mayor Depression.
