Spoke to Lindsey who was the fourth person I had spoken to that morning. She was the only legal advisor that gave me truely free detailed advice regarding my choices and what I could do to mitigate my circumstances. With a wealth experience, and her no nonsense but friendly and calm demeanour over the phone; she really helped me through a truly distressing time when I had the potential to be dismissed. My case is not yet resolved but I feel so much better with a specific plan in place because of Lindsey. Thank you so much and if I need a union rep Castle Associates will be first on my list.
