Firstly I wasn’t sure but the friendly advice for free made some difference to my decision to have a union rep and further into the involvement for my need I decided to get one. The rep was very professional and really I’m glad I got one and I’m glad that Castle Associates were the people I called. Thanks.

I contacted Castle Associates as I was in a time of need and wasn't a member of a trade union. I received knowledgeable and genuine help from a consultant who spend 50 minutes guiding me and ensuring that I had as much information as possible. I, shamefully, have forgotten her name in the thick of this. She helped turn what could have been a stressful time into a field of knowledge and understanding. She talked me through procedures whether I chose to use the services of a trade union rep or go it alone.She gave me tips of how to approach and address matters, and suggested sources such as the ACAS Code of Conduct. I really appreciate the time and careful thought she put into my queries and would highly recommend anyone in a similar situation come to Castle Associates for advice. After a lot of thought, I have decided to make use of the opportunity to have a trade union representative present at my hearing. The consultant on the phone prepared me with sufficient information and courage to take this step, enabling me to gather as much evidence, detailed notes and timescales to share with my rep.
When I rang the office for further information, I received the same wonderful service, help and understanding. I am so impressed with the level of professionalism and duty of care which was taken throughout the process. Thank You to everybody who I was in communication with at Castle Associates.

Castle Associates called me as agreed but I missed the call whilst driving. They did however call again in the early evening to offer brief but very valuable advice. The solicitor to whom I spoke was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable in the field of employment law. The information helped me to go forward with greater confidence and I would recommend this company to anyone needing professional advice with employment issues.
