The CastleFlexx itself is fantastic. It’s exceptionally well made, versatile, and genuinely offers an excellent way to stretch and improve mobility. I absolutely love the device, and I understand that quality comes at a price. I’m perfectly willing to pay $220–$250 for a well-designed product that delivers.

What I find incredibly disappointing, however, is that after making that investment, you’re essentially left on your own. The company provides a couple of basic exercises, but if you actually want to learn how to use the device to its full potential, explore the different stretches, and get proper guidance, you have to pay an additional $99 per year for access to their instructional videos and programs.

I’m sorry, but that’s where CastleFlexx misses the mark.

When someone invests this much money in a stretching device, basic instructional guidance should be part of the purchase. Customers shouldn’t have to pay an additional annual subscription just to learn how to properly use the product they’ve already purchased.

The device deserves five stars. The customer experience and the decision to put meaningful instructional content behind a recurring paywall do not.

It’s a shame because this really is a fantastic product. I would happily recommend the device itself, but I cannot agree with the subscription model. Two stars.

I have actually purchased 3 castleflex apparatus (2luxuary and 1sport). The sport stays in my suitcase so I always have it available while the other 2 are in 2 separate locations. I started primarily trying to loosen my hip-knee-ankle chain but have found that my back and shoulders have greatly benefited from the leg routines. I sleep better with less pain and stiffness throughout the day. I know it looks gimmicky but I assure you that the Castleflex is the real deal (and believe me I have tried most everything!) and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone with joint or muscle pain.

Too expense for what you get. False advertising. Would not recommend this product. Would like a refund .

Te castle flex is too heavy for me to use…i was unaware that when ordering great construction of the item though! Not for older Who have major back pain and also not for women whi are older and who have osteoarthritis.

Fast, fair, and courteous support but more importantly and amazing product. Very high quality and easy to use, makes stretching fun and effective. The heat is nice, but a bit hot for a longer strentch (5 mins or more). Wish it had levels, but it’s convenient to turn off during a stretch.

Last point is sizing, if your flexible, you need less length which can offset your height.

I appreciate the fast and professional communications with Castle Flex. The company has one of the most efficient customer service departments I have talked with in 50 years.

There are similar products out there, but they can't compare with everything the Castleflexx offers.
First off, the added weight at the handle makes it a lot easier to roll and leverage. If it's too much, you can take it right off.
The full width of the fabric makes the biggest difference in your stretch because it pulls your foot back to the correct position. The competition doesn't offer this on their products. The fabric is so durable and strong, you don't even have to worry about anything ripping. There is an alignment print on the bottom so you can align your foot properly on the underside of the fabric.
The handles are made well and they absorb moisture so you don't slip at all.
You get helpful paperwork with the items and there are so many online resources to use.

The stretches you can do with this are so unique and, collectively, you can't do all the same stretches with another product. You get an all in one device to cover all the parameters you need for stretching. Your hamstrings will thank you for this!

I had to reach out to the customer service a couple of times for inquiries I had about my order and product information (not issues they created). They were nothing short of amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised with how well they service their customers. I wasn't sure what to expect and I was taken aback with the quality of their team!

While I did experience a few issues along the way, They stood behind their product and made it right! Thank you Castleflexx! I appreciate you!!

Worth Every Penny — I’m Amazed at the Difference

A good friend of mine, John Fields, recommended CastleFlexx to me. I’ll admit that I was reluctant at first because of the price, but after some persistent encouragement from John, I finally decided to give it a try. I’m very glad I did.

I honestly never thought I could stretch my piriformis and surrounding muscles as deeply and effectively as I can with CastleFlexx. After dealing with a bout of sciatic nerve pain and significant tightness, this product has been a game changer for me.

The improvement in my flexibility has been remarkable. I can now bring the side of my foot all the way to my chest—something I never imagined I would be able to do. More importantly, consistent use has helped me stay comfortable and maintain that flexibility. I know CastleFlexx is making a difference for me because if I skip using it for a few days, I can feel the tightness beginning to return.

I rarely write product reviews this enthusiastically, but CastleFlexx has earned it. I have recommended it to friends dealing with similar back, flexibility, and nerve-related discomfort because of how positive my own experience has been.

Good quality, works well.

bought the app and videos and very difficult to view on phone. Very small and cant easy make them full screen.
Also I overstretched and strained a calf. Be careful! Its not the miracle stretch device can get hurt

I’ve been bodybuilding 6 days a week for the last 15 years straight. I didn’t realize how stiff and clunky I was before using CastleFlexx.

What I noticed immediately:
- The blood rush to tissue is immensely satisfying
- Flexibility improves quickly with daily use
- It’s far and beyond any stretch you can perform yourself
- Within 2 weeks I could touch my toes for the first time in my life

What I noticed over 3-6 months:
- My balance improved massively (standing on the subway and buses without handles is a cake walk)
- My pain from kyphosis and scoliosis disappeared
- Hit new PRs on all lower body compound lifts in the gym
- Quicker sleep onset and recovery metrics on Whoop

This thing pays for itself 100x over if you put in the bare minimum of 10 minutes a day

I've had a lifetime of dance and yoga and I've never gotten a stretch like I do with my Castleflexx! And, every time I use it it's just as good and deep as the last stretch...or better. Using this a few times a week has somehow also magically helped with some knee pain I've had over the years. Wish I could give this 10 stars!!

Castleflexx has been life saver for me!

I used to suffer from back pain and hamstring tightness regularly.

I just stuck to 15 mins everyday and it has helped reverse my pain immensely.

Defo recommend. Such a fun equipment to use.

P.S. get their castlefit subscription too if you can, it’s been super helpful to get my form right as well.
