We were very pleased with our furniture. It was delivered on the day and time that we were told.

Professional advice, brilliant service

I recently purchased a dining table from Castles Furniture and I'm very happy with it. The quality is excellent, and the customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend them for great furniture and service.

Warm friendly. Had the chairs in stock. Even carried them to and told us how to put them together

From the first sighting of the furniture to the delivery our experience has been excellent. Despite a breakdown of communications ( Castles service provider fault) to the 3 piece having to be returned from the shop ( Wrong material noted by manager) we have been kept fully informed and still almost met the stated delivery time. A thoroughly enjoyable experience, we have recommended Castles to several of our friends

End to end experience, our in store experience was excellent, with great customer service, there was a bit of delay delivering our order, but communication was exceptional.
