Super helpful and personable support! I'm not new to podcasting and I actually have another podcast with over a million downloads that I use a different host for. Decided to go with with SSP and Castos for my second podcast after reading about their promise to the environment, and I'm so happy that I did. Yes, the actual product works super well and getting everything up and running was super easy, but more than that, I don't feel like just an account number, and it really seems like they actually care about their customers. I needed to do a domain transfer and not only were they super helpful, I got personalized individual follow-up support that was absolutely above and beyond. Very happy with the service. Very happy with the company. Very happy with the product.

Castos has been a staple for my digital creator clients who are dedicated to podcasting and radio. Without it the missing piece would not be able to deliver their messages.

I've been hosting the Red Dot Mindset podcast with Castos, and the experience has been excellent. Uploading episodes is fast and simple, the dashboard is clean and intuitive, and the overall platform delivers great value for the cost.

Worst app on my I-Phone by far. Will not delete shows that I have listened to although loading new shows is almost impossible. I cant figure out why really good podcasts like Grant Williams would not switch to a reliable service.

I am now almost four years into my podcast journey and have used Castos since day one. Their technical support is brilliant even when asking basic questions. Kudos to Jimmy and the customer service team.

Castos is an awesome product. Unlimited hosting at a very reasonable price is gold. They also have other services that you can bolt on as your podcast grows. As far as I'm concerned these guys are the best in the business. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Castos can cover all your podcasting needs - audio and video.

We also get excellent same day or next day at the latest customer service response about any issue we have with uploads or content management.

The added episode transcription has been a help in post-production as far as analyzing questions and how to lead the interview. Our podcast is not big or monetized. Castos does an excellent job to meet our needs in making episodes available for all our platforms.

I’ve been using Castos since 2020 for podcasting. It’s honestly the best option if you also want to maximize your reach with organic SEO. Castos gives you the option to host your podcast on your own website (which you should) using their seriously simple podcasting plugin for Wordpress and it’s been a huge asset for building my SEO using the transcripts from episode (which they also include for free for you).

If you’re getting into podcasting, go with Castos. Their team has always been fast to help me out when things go a little wrong and I’ve set up a number of podcasts with them over the years.

I'm almost 85 and knew nothing about podcasting when I started a couple of years ago. The Castos site was very helpful with precise instructions for beginners. Since then I've enjoyed the excellent service Castos provides, including their hosting and transcription services.

Castos make it easy for all Podcasts from beginners to pros, they are always happy and eager to respond to any queries and supply helpful information if you need to ask.
Castos is easy to use and you don't need to go anywhere else

I had a call with Craig to get information about podcast services for my company. The call hardly lasted 5mins. He did not ask any questions and I could tell he was just looking forward to ending the call. He said he would send me more information, quote etc...Never received anything. I had calls with other companies and it did not go that way... Don't recommend them. Find another company that is way more professional.

I love where they are going. Customer service was very responsive and helpful, especially for a small company. There are some features that need to be constructed in the future in order for the company to compete, but everything is there to help build a podcast that can deliver revenue right now that is necessary. Great company if they keep listening and serving their patrons/customers.

Well. First. I had to constantly delte the oodcast to get a new episode in, which meant going to directories over and over. And even while doing what was required, I only saw the downloads of ME checking the thing

Couldn't have asked for better advice and guidance from both Matt & Craig. The whole experience was smooth and easy and the website is so easy to navigate. Castos is not very individually customizable so I wish it was more customizable. It's easy to use which I love, it's very clear to figure out. Great instructions are given about more complicated tasks. But I wish there was more freedom to design the podcast home page.
