In the world of online casinos, I think most of us will come across alot more trash sites versus the actual good ones. In fact it's rare not just in finding a good one, but to stick with that site. For me Caswino is hands down my number 1 go-to site for the slots. They truly are fabulous! The site itself is easy to navigate, great library of games and I feel that the bonuses and gifts that land in my bonus hub are enough of an occurrence for me to win here and there, and has lead to big wins and not so big wins. I've made a couple withdrawals without issue. The only issue, it's small, is that I panicked when I chose my same payment card for the withdrawal request which was declined. I did soon discover, card payment isnt an option for my withdrawals but bank transfer is all good. The withdrawal process itself is approximately a couple days from the time I create the request to the time it actually lands into my account. Not bad at all. No, it isn't instant but considering there are sites out there who make it deliberately difficult for you to receive any of your winnings, I'm absolutely okay with waiting a couple days because I know it comes through in the end. Overall it's a great site with great games and great customer assistance. The online team are good at making their presence felt without annoying or irritating you. No constant chat popups. Give this one a shot, it may end up being your favourite!

They sent me an email with a deposit bonus code, when i went tk deposit the code was not accepted so i went to customer support for help and after providing them with info theh required, they tell me sorry but that code is not an active bonus code and has been expired for a while now and offer me some crappy bonus as a consolation 😐 but you just sent me a bonus but it was expired and think some different crappy bonus would make me happy?? Why sending me email of expired bonuses to begin with? Trash and support didnt care. Just sorry but you can have this trash bonus instead. Yea how about no. Save your excuses about providing me with a different bonus, because no matter how similar the bonus may have been the minimum deposit was higher than the one sent in email, and was more than i currently had available. Also what does me being able to claim the valentines bonus i was awarded got to do with the issue of emailing me old inactive bonus codes? Sounds like you just trying to dodge the real issue and justify it with excuses. Thanks it has shown me how dishonest your casino really is.
