In my first month of using Cataleads I have gone on 2 seller listing appointments. Safe to say that they deliver exactly what they preach. Their customer service has been reliable and easy to work with. Bottom line, they deliver new leads in which weren't in my pipeline before and thats the end goal for any realtor.

Customer service is amazing! Always available when you have questions. The leads are legit. With any leads follow up is key. I've closed several deals with Cataleads and even made some new friends along the way... clients/turned friends

My experience with Cataleads has been extremely positive. The seller leads are high quality—legitimate homeowners who are responsive and clearly interested in selling. Communication is prompt, professional, and supportive throughout as well. Compared to many lead providers, Cataleads delivers both excellent lead quality and a strong customer experience.

Great company, I had a great experience there! I wish the market was better so I could better care for the seller leads I was receiving, however if the market were to recover, I would definitely return! :)

This organization is on top of things. They seem to really care about their clientele and often reach out to see what they can do to help if anything. They are more than just a Lead Source, they want to know us as people. My Rep Angela Hill has been wonderful, & showed great understanding & concern as I navigated some Pretty Big Life Situations & health issues. Here's to crushing it in 2025, now that I'm feeling back to being on top of my game.

I can say Cataleads is legit. The best lead service I have tried by far. I have been burned before. With them I have already had a listing appointment, and I am expecting to sign a listing at about 900k this week. I also had 2 more that I will be sitting down with very soon. They record every conversation they have with the potential seller and agree with every handoff they have sent me. Angela is great, she checks in and holds a zoom mastermind. If you are confident in your skills to convert you should feel good about this investment. Their reviews should speak for themselves.

I was initially reluctant to try CataLeads. However, after speaking with an agent in my state who had excellent success with the system and raved about the support, I decided to give it a shot. She eve shared some great tips on how to make the most of the hot leads. In my very first month, I landed a motivated seller, listed their property, and it sold within 3 weeks. I'm also in ongoing conversations with a few more potential sellers who seem likely to list soon. So far, I'm extremely happy with CataLeads and excited to see what the coming months bring.

Haven't closed anything yet but wanted to share the first 2 days. That's right I said first 2 days. Day 1 of my campaign, I got a lead. Very impressed with the call recording. Cataleads definitely got me a ton of info on the home. BUT the 2nd lead on day 2...we'll the lead was engaging thru text and immediately answered the phone when I called. I have a listing appointment Monday. If this 2nd lead works out it will pay for another 4 mts. VERY legit!

They deliver what they promise. Actually impressed with what information they provide. I'll recommend this to every real estate agent who wants to get in front of people who want to sell.

I’ve been signed up with this company for three weeks. In that time, I have gotten seven phone appointments. Two of the seven did not show up, but of course that is not the fault of the company. Of the other five, one of them is a very promising Lead that will hopefully be listing their property with me within the next three months. Another one is also promising, but has a little bit longer timeline of six months to a year. The remaining three are going to be more long-term nurture contacts. So far I’m really happy with the service and the speed with which they book appointments. And if one of these seven turns into a listing, that will give me an excellent return on investment.

I’ve tried many lead generation tools over my 24 years in real estate…CataLeads has been by far the best! They have more than exceeded my expectations….
