If I can rate a 0, I would. Harrison Bourne is a scam artist. Before collecting your money he will call you and have a strong follow up. Once he has taken your money. He will not call back. Back in August 2 I ordered some items that Harrison told me he had in stock. Then come to find out he has to put an order for the item he said was in stock. After weeks of waiting for the items I still have not received a refund or my items. Harrison claims he will call me back, never does. If you love your money, keep away from this company.

I left this one star review (should be zero) for this scam company. The company then changed its name to Ccoutdoorsbrooklyn so all of the bad reviews would not be tied to the name Catalistai. Now, they are back, so I wanted my review of this unethical company to show under Catalyst.

I had a costly and stressful experience with The Catalist Group FBA company. My first order, for about $1700, resulted in a ghost shipment requiring a forced refund. Part of the order never received an initial scan while the other part of the “order” went on to Amazon - one empty box. Because the shipment labels were created through my Amazon seller account, Amazon activated the listing and sales were made for what would be an empty box. This impacted my account health. The second order, which I made before the problems with the first became apparent, was canceled by Catalist, but the refund was issued as store credit. Access to my account was recently blocked, preventing access to those funds and the invoice of the products that I paid about $1300 for. During all of this, the founder of Catalist emailed me on May 13th asking how my business was going - could he really be unaware of all of the issues with his own company? He ended his May 13th email with “Let me know if you have any questions / if I can assist with anything. Best, D.” I explained my situation, but he didn’t answer even though he offered his assistance. This situation has wasted my time, hurt my business and caused unnecessary stress. Completely unethical group of individuals who have no compunction defrauding a client who put trust in them. I am still struggling to get money back for the second invoice.

I strongly recommend that buyers think twice before making a large purchase from CATALISTAI.COM.

I made two purchases totaling nearly $5,000 each. Both times, I purchased merchandise that was advertised as available. After taking my money, I was told they did not actually have the merchandise.

The first time, instead of refunding my money, they gave me store credit. I assumed it was a one-time mistake and decided to give them another chance.

Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened again.

What concerns me most is what happens afterward. I have called and spoken with multiple people, and every time I receive the same response: “The accounting department will look into it and get back to you.” Then nothing happens. No callback. No resolution. Emails receive the same treatment.

At this point, the repeated pattern feels less like an accident and more like a deliberate strategy to take the customer's money, fail to provide the advertised merchandise, and then stall until the customer becomes frustrated and gives up.

I do NOT want store credit. I paid for specific merchandise that was advertised and sold to me. If they cannot provide what I purchased, I expect a full refund to my original payment method.

I have been patient and have given them multiple opportunities to resolve this professionally. Instead, I continue to receive excuses, delays, and promises that someone will “get back to me.”

My advice: Be extremely cautious before giving this company a large amount of money. Make sure you understand exactly what happens if they cannot fulfill your order—and whether you will actually receive your money back.

I am still waiting for CATALISTAI.COM to do the right thing and refund my money.

I have experienced the same lack of response through email.

I do not want a store credit. I want the merchandise that was advertised and that I paid for. If you cannot provide the merchandise as advertised, then I expect a full refund to my original method of payment.

I have given your company multiple opportunities to resolve this matter, and I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.

i didn't find any way to contact them, they are ghosted from everywhere :(

It did take around 2 months to get the items I paid for when I was told 2-4 weeks and when the final pallet came there was an item missing. They did make it right by issuing me a credit, provided free freight and a discount on my next order. Just be careful and don't buy anything you are GATED for and make sure to use a CREDIT CARD just incase something does happen so you have an extra layer of protection
