What is a Peak Performance Coach and why do I need one? No matter what field you’re in, the principles of coaching remain the same. In a way it is very similar to sports coaching. Sports coaches push athletes to achieve their best results, supporting them when they are demotivated or confused, teaching them focus and providing them with advice based on their own experience and knowledge.
