Hope other shipping lines will do the same to automate these type of processes and transaction. Great job for doing this. It made my transaction better and convrnient.

Suggest to have a separate queue for those who have reserved online. This is especially helpful during peak season or long weekends since based from my experince I was still asked to line up together... もっと見る

Staff was fast in resolving the issue (incorrect booking date) and made sure to contact the customer to give an update/resolution
