When I heard I needed to be screened for a new role, I definitely rolled my eyes - the starting date was close and I was expecting it to fall back due to this extra administration. But I had no such issues with Cataphract - the process was slick and professional, using both PC and Mobile phone to quickly share the required information and documents, with no delays. Phone calls were well handled and I received regular progress reports in the form of "traffic light" statuses for each area being screened. Ultimately the screening was completed well within the short timescale I had with excellent Customer Service being demonstrated at each touch-point - Without doubt, the best Screening process I have used in many years of Financial Services employment

Ian was very professional with the interview and made sure I was at ease and went through all the items we needed. I felt it was thorough but not pressured and this is what I wanted from it.

Really good experience

The process was quick and easy. The certificate arrived sooner than it was mentioned.

I have just filled in the application form for a voluntary post I do for a charilty.

I entered my Driving licence details correctly, but the site insisted that I was entering an incorrect number which did not correlate with the details I had already entered.

Every number and letter I entered was absolutely correct and I wasted about twenty minutes trying to sort out what the problem was. In the end I had to resort to giving a different document.

Shame on you for your inaccuracy and turning a blind eye to the error in your form - I can't be the first person to have had a problem with this. It needs to be corrected as a matter of urgency to save everybody else wasting their time!

I had the vetting interview with Ian, thanks to him for a positive and friendly atmosphere during an interview. Ian was really helpful, answering to any questions I had in great detail. He is full of advice and care, great member of staff! The procedure itself was really simple and smooth. The company tells you in advance what documents will be needed during a meeting. So if you come prepared, it is a very quick process. Overall great staff and smooth procedure.
