Order ( cat litter) promptly delivered- but to wrong place. Specific instructions given when ordering- my entrance is separate from rest of of building were ignored & box left in lobby which is some distance from my own door. Because I have back issues & cannot carry a heavy weight this far had to obtain a trolley but still had to lift box onto it. Call to Catati unsuccessful - phone no not in service.

I'm never 100% sure about ordering from small sites I've never heard of, given that scam websites seem to be as common as legit ones these days. I took a chance on Catati given that getting cute, affordable and safe cat toys isn't easy in NZ. I'm happy I did- products arrived in really good time and are of good quality. I ordered a scratching post and a box with a scratch pad bottom, and I think our kitty is going to love them both!

Thank you for the delivery of our scratch board last night. This is the second one we have ordered as our Cats go crazy with them. This cactus one is so cute. Thank you also for the mousee gifts which the Cats played with all night. Your super efficient service and fun products is pawappreciated.

I reluctantly placed my last minute order 11:45am on Saturday for the "same day delivery within Auckland" for a very small price if purchase was made before 12pm... uncertain if their promise was real, i still ordered as i needed the products the next day. Surprisingly, my order came through same day within the time frame given online!!
Products were purrrfect and even came with a thank you card and treats. Communication through their message/email service wasn't prompt but you definitely get a response within 10mins. I will definitely shop with these guys again and 100% recommend their services! Thanks Catati!!

Their delivery and service is unbeatable, I received my parcel on the same day just after 2 hours after purchase, it's unbelievable...the product itself is good too, price is fair...
