The CatchUp Academy is the most professional agency I have dealt with, as a tutor. The service they provide is second-to-none and I have appreciated the genuine care taken to match tutors with students and roles that best suit both parties. Both my area manager (Bianca) and other team members have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when answering my questions or providing support.

I currently work with The CatchUp Academy and my experience has been great! I am paid weekly and on time. They send regular emails with students who are looking for tutors with a short description and location so there is extra work available. Having Bianca as your manager helps a lot as as she’s really supportive and there for you when you need her and when you got someone as friendly as her makes working for catch up a gem of a working environment.

I like the base amount of pay, the flexibility to choose to do lessons in person or online. There is decent support from line managers as well. Perfect jobs for uni students who don’t want to earn minimum wage
