It is been a good first month in Sachin Sharma’s Product Career Academy!.

User empathy and pain points while working with customers , the challenges faced by end users while shipping out features which are not available in the market for a particular product.
Also, having that interest in building products where you can learn and unlearn the tricks of communicating with end users and having the curiosity to build user thinking queries and solving them in a right way.

The 1:1 mentorship program with Sachin, was the catch. In this fast paced world, having the time to indiviually catchup with people throughout the week an learn about their thinking and first is
listing to each and everyone is the crux. Not many have the engagement capacity to do this 1:1 journey and also flexibility to understand the students personal time and working hours as well is another
good quality in PCA and Sachin. The practical help and good real world examples in each and every videos and courses are good knowledge while on this PM journey.

Sachin as a leader is great and kind hearted and openess and clear in the thinking and most importantly is flexible with the decisions, queries and helpful at any time.

LinkedIn Branding and reviewing it and reviving it and doing it the right way personally happy with this.

Leaning towards thinking of Product Manager slowly and steadily. The UX design course is creating a good impact as well towards this thinking.
The modules on UX design have been especially engaging, and I’m excited to get into the depth of this course as i move forward on this PM journey.

It’s been about three weeks since I began this mentorship, and I can already see a noticeable difference—in my confidence, how I view the PM role, and how I approach problems. I really appreciate how much focus was given to communication and storytelling. As it is a really important skill for a product manager, with 7+ years of exp in software development I was not sure if this is the right fit, but the positioning clarity call was a game changer for me.

Now I have clarity and I am observing the growth in my product thinking.
