This company is a fraud!
I was sent the wrong product.
I have emails with them telling me that my correct order would be sent out.
I have sent multiple emails, but they no longer respond.

I ordered their bird and was promised two free gifts! They collected my money for sure and I never heard another thing from them. Sent email after email and still nothing. I have disputed the charge with my bank.

If I could give negative stars- I would. Don’t order it’s a total scam. Working with bank to get money back.

This whole company is a scam and needs to be removed from the Internet. I was sent two birds with a toy value of 50 cents I paid over 30 dollars and sent a e mail to the company catemeowdy they responded to send the correct items And that was over a month ago. No other response and I sent over a dozen emails to them still no response

I ordered the flying birds from this site back in November. A package arrived in December but it was the wrong birds. They were just regular cat toys - not flying. I emailed the company and they apologized and said I must have gotten the wrong item and they would ship out a replacement immediately. I did not receive tracking for some time so i emailed and asked for tracking. When i checked it it showed my package had arrived (but not in the city where I live). I emailed them again and heard nothing back. I emailed again, and then again and then again and have heard nothing since the end of November. I wish I would have checked these reviews before buying something. Now i have a tiny plush bird that i paid over $30. Ridiculous. Trying to get in touch with my bank now to see if I can somehow report this company and receive any sort of refund.

Wish I had researched this company before ordering. Ordered that flying bird on 12/13. Never heard anything on shipping within a couple weeks. Sent an email to the company with no response. Sent another today then noticed their website only says “Opening Soon”. Will be disputing with my bank.

Ordered 2 cat xmas trees early December. Got a tracking number and email but noticed email address looked dodgy. After 2 weeks no product turned up I did a chargeback with my bank and they confirmed its a scam and refunded monies.

Never received the items I purchased. Ordered on December 1st and have never received. The webpage is now gone. Complete scam, just disputed charge on my credit card.

Do not order from them. Ordered early December, Item was never received and tracking number does not work. Contacted customer service several times and never heard back. This is a scam. Lost money unfortunately.

Ordered on Dec 9, it is now Jan 1 and they have not shipped or responded to any of my emails.

Zero stars. Never got my product, and they don't respond to emails. I'll never get my money back.

Ordered on November 27th 2025, only tracking update is that it shipped December 8th 2025

Bummed I didn’t read the reviews before buying. They sent me a bird on a stick that you dangle in front of your cat. What I thought I was getting was a realistic looking bird that flys in the air. I complained and they said they sent me the wrong toy and when I checked in about when I’d receive the right toy no response. Waste of money.

I would give them a MINUS 10 star rating. This site is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM or you will just be throwing away your money. After a month of checking into my order status constantly Tim at email gtough 312 @ gmail dot com at Cate Meow... said they would cancel the order and refund my money which never happened. I've sent countless emails back to Tim but never received a response. I'm writing this to help prevent others from this scam. I will also be reporting them to the BBB.

Its only a 1 star because I cant rate it any lower. Its a scam. Stay far far away.

Item never received. Customer service is only by emailing with days between responses saying sorry for long processing times due to large amounts of orders. Should have known better.

Ordered at the end of November, given a tracking number, but the item never shipped. Emailed the company and they said they would cancel my order and issue a refund, however, this never happened. They then stopped responding to emails.

I would give no stars to this store.
They took my order (money) and nothing happened. It's been over 2 weeks.
No customer service- no one responds.
It is basically a store front to scam people.

Company is showing as no longer exists!

Ordered a cat tree and not delivered and the website has disappeared with an error message and my money . DO NOT USE THIS SITE .
