Bad experience. The company name ' Catering Packs' would lead you to believe you are ordering in bulk to save money which is ultimately what most people need in the current cost of living crisis.
The pricing structure is misleading too. The order took a while to arrive and ended up being individual cartons of milk rather than catering packs. Upon contacting customer service I was informed I would have to cover the cost of return. Finding a courier to carry a large amount of liquid turned into hassle too. Had to write off over £50 due to this company which misleads honest hardworking people looking to save money. I do not recommend and would never use again. I hope people read the negative reviews and steer clear of this company.

Not a scam company as some reviewers claim but delivery takes forever, emails are not answered, phones are not manned, poor poor customer support. My advice with this company is to always pay with Paypal so you have some re-dress if things go wrong, if you need something quickly, just avoid altogether

Good product but the delivery took such a long time, I had almost given up hope!

This is the best company for taking your money and not giving you goods and giving you a story how they sent it but it must have got lost in the post , but will send an other and still waiting , I paid on 11th March now it’s the 25th March .. please stay away from this Company .

Ordered case of 6 wines, never having used catering packs before. Didn't arrive, but the test of a vendor is what happens when things go wrong. They behaved impeccably, took full responsibility, arranged another delivery, and personal communications, thanks Alexa!

I have still not received my order. It's been nearly 2 weeks since I ordered and despite emailing to find out where it is I have had zero communication.

The product is always dispatched on time and if there is courier problems then it gets sorted out promptly.

I’ve ordered four packs of large candles which arrived promptly. When unpacking the lot, it turned out that the contents of one pack where mostly damaged (this wasn’t visible from the outside as the pack was sealed by the manufacturer, so the person preparing the packaging couldn’t have seen it either).
I took pictures of the damage and emailed Catering Packs. With no delay I’ve received an apology and was sent a replacement pack which again arrived promptly and the goods were all fine.

The products I ordered were in stock and the prices were reasonable.

Delivery very quick via courier.

Very happy with recent purchases and would certainly recommend catering packs.

No communication, no one answers the phone either. Was sent cider that was not what was advertised

Received my order of Black Rat cider yesterday 20th July a lot quicker than expected .
I will be buying from Catering Packs in future .

Really lovely smelling hand wash and it moisturises too. A good price and received within a few days. Buy some, at this price it’s a bargain.
