Hi Stephen,
Iâm really sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery time. Iâve checked your order, and it was despatched the morning after it was placed, meeting our usual despatch timeframe. Unfortunately, it appears your parcel was delayed while in Royal Mailâs network, which is sadly beyond our control.
You selected our standard delivery option (Royal Mail Tracked 48), which usually arrives within two working days, though occasional delays can occur. Our support team did respond to your email to explain this, but I completely understand your frustration with the delay, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service.
Kind regards,
Cathedral Products
