I've done my due diligence and narrowed the choice to this company.
Both Charles and Alexander were both honest and to the point with their answers when I called. Therein is the base of an open and honest relationship in a business which has a vail over the base or root costs and profit. Both Charles and Alexander have a great understanding of the products and have leads into some of the best distilleries So when they offer you an investment opportunity it's on the level and they explain each step.
I'm now onto my second investment and looking forward to a long relationship with the company

As a new customer to the investment sector I was very impressed with the reassuring quality of Charles and his team, they keep me informed on a regular basis about how the market is changing also about new investments that are coming available.

As a first time investor in whiskey cask, i was very impressed by Catton Cask. The team was patient ans explained everything properly. I like the no non-sense approach and not overpromising results. I'd definitely recommend them and hopefully invest more myself.

The experience I had throughout the process of getting started has been and continues to be amazing.

I got in touch via the online request form and set up a conversation, when that chat came round Aaron was very informative (without bombarding me with too much information), the conversation also felt personal and not too formal/robotic which was exactly what I was looking for, and we set up a follow up.

In the follow-up Aaron explained some more in depth details and we talked about some financials, then said he would go away and 'build' me a portfolio which we would go through together, which would be when I purchased the casks.

In the call regarding purchasing it was all very straightforward and we went through the casks, benefits, terms etc.

The overall experience has been great, personal, informative and all round I have had nothing bad to say at all, and feel safe that Catton have my best interests at heart.
