Outdoor 4 tier cat tower to replace one from years ago. Still the same great quality. Sturdy and well made. A little expensive, but well worth it. Cats are happy, and it should last a decade or so, as the last one has. Extremely well packed and delivered ready to use. No charge for delivery, and that must have been quite costly.

Easy to order via the website, was kept up to date when the cat tree was dispatched and delivered. Really good quality, my cats instantly took to it and fight over who gets the hammock!

Easy ordering and plenty of updates. Excellent product. One small criticism: it would be useful if the various parts had a sticker with the relevant number on them. The diagram is a little hard to follow.

I've bought two cat trees from Cat Tree UK. I've had no problems with either. Delivery and quality of product has been great.
Most importantly, my cat loves them. One is an outdoor tree and another is a wall tree. Both have a good design for the cat to enjoy.

Overall, I’m happy with the service. There seemed to be some issues with communicating the order to the courier, but the team was very responsive and resolved any problems quickly.

We purchased a 3 tier model from Cat Tree UK to replace an item made by another manufacturer, which although expensive - was really not fit for purpose and last for only 2 years. From the start, CTUK were very efficient in their communication and the level of service was first class. The item arrived within 4 days and where the quality was clear to see. Very well made, easy to assemble and ultimately solid as a rock! As with most things cat related, I did expect some trepidation from our little boy - how wrong was I! He was straight in from day 1 and has slept there every night since. Brilliant product and highly recommended.

Return customer, I have purchased from this's company twice about 8 years ago and the outdoor cat tower still look good. Very sturdy and robust.

Great product. Good quality and sturdy. We bought big barrel for our Persian and she is one happy girl. There was a small delay with delivery because barrels had sold out but I was kept informed of when I should expect delivery and it came in the time frame. The DPD tracker didn’t work but I trusted the process and it turned up! Good small business selling quality products.

Delivery took a little longer than I'd hoped but given it was Christmas that was understandable. Communication was great and so is the cat tree, although our cat hasn't quite warmed to it yet.

I’m really pleased with my purchase from CatTree UK. The cat tree arrived quickly, was well packaged, and the quality is excellent for the price. It was easy to assemble and feels sturdy, which is important as my cat is very active.

My cat took to it straight away and clearly loves having multiple levels to climb and relax on. It looks good in the room too, which is a bonus. Overall, a great buying experience with good communication and a product that does exactly what it should. I would happily recommend CatTree UK to other cat owners.

A review of two halves…..

First half - Excellent

My initial experience with Cat Tree UK was excellent and cannot fault the communication or the quality of the assembled outdoor cat trees that were received, plus the cats love them. Total cost £490

Based on this experience, I further ordered another two outdoor cat trees, one assembled and the other self-assembly – Total cost £204

Whilst waiting for the delivery of the second order, I then ordered an inside cat tree cost £131 – There was a delay on despatch with this item as it needed to be shipped to the UK. Not a problem.

Second half – A different story

The two outdoor cat trees arrived and the assembled one was great but there were issues with the self-assembly one. I contacted Cat Tree UK to advise there was an issue, and was taken aback by the lack of customer care and the patronising emails received.

As a gesture of goodwill I was offered a replacement base & pole, which I refused and requested a partial refund. Am yet to receive a reply to this email.

Due to the tone of the emails, I decided that I didn’t want to deal with a company that has a lack of respect for customers and therefore cancelled the order of the indoor cat tree. This process was easy as my order hadn’t been despatched…… and refund has been received.

Moral of this story…. If the customer care and tone of the emails had been friendlier, I would have accepted the replacement items and not cancelled my order!!

Although I had a slight problem with my order, the customer service was excellent and I received a replacement item very quickly.

We bought a great quality cat tree from here! It’s very big (we ordered the Maine Coon one) and our British short hair cats treat it like a palace! Easy to assemble too. Customer service was also brilliant and friendly as we were accidentally shipped the wrong part but they were really fast at responding and got the new part sent to us really quickly. Would definitely buy from here again!

Quality product. The online photo did not do the outdoor cat house justice.

I would not hesitate to invest in any of their equipment.
I have found this house sturdy and well built and an eye to quality.
Should last for years

This is my second order with cat tree and with no problems at all and I love their cat trees and so do our 4 cats

Third order from this company. Products are consistently great quality and I'd consider good value for money (I always buy in the sale though).
Delivery was quicker this time too, only a few days from order.
Will definitely buy from here again.

Excellent customer service, when the cat tree I ordered was out of stock they sent me a larger one that contained the same components, so I could still build the tower I wanted, at no extra charge. They emailed me immediately and were always very quick to respond and address my queries. The cat tree itself is excellent, very sturdy with soft cushions, it's stylish, and actually big enough for my Siberian cat to be able to lounge comfortably on it. Can't recommend them enough!
