Quality is 10/10. Best cat tree I have had. Only issue I had was they shipped a week late which was annoying. Once they get their shipping issues under control you couldnt fault them.

I ordered the cat empire cat tree, which, after discounts, was $806. Shipping was a bit slow but expected. However, they sent 3/3 of that tree and 1/3 of a completely different tree. This was redolved relatively quickly. The tree looks amazing, though I haven't assembled it yet.

We bought the high cat tower a year or so ago and it's still going strong, we've now just received the cosy lounge and the queensplace as well. They're soft, big and very stable, if you have the cash I'd absolutely recommend them.

Terrible customer service. They sell stock they dont have and only place orders to their suppliers once they reach certain order amounts. My first order last year took 4-5 weeks to arrive and delivered half a cat tree, I had to chase them up to track the other half of package which took weeks! Now I made the mistake of giving these jokers another chance and made a order. I have waited over 2 months, no shipping/tracking information. Caught them lying, saying my order is currently in stock pile ready for shipping, emailed again few weeks later they don't have any stock on hand and refunded me.

Don't waste your time and money, look elsewhere!
