Ordered a top online - purchase completed quickly- delivered v.quickly, (DPD) and well packed - with returns info etc included. Have kept the top - was a brand I new well. Would definitely recommend Cavells!

Found a beautiful dress linen I had seen in a local store at full price but here it was reduced by 70% so I ended up buying it in two colours. Delivery by DPD was very efficient and also free! I’m thrilled with my purchase and the service provided. Thank you!

On a visit to Cavells last week, I took my item to the till and was almost ignored by the lady serving me who was more concerned in chatting over my head to another assistant about jewellery. Overall experience very poor staff training definitely needed.

Ordered some Birkenstock Clogs from their online store. We’re about £25 cheaper than anywhere else but was a bit wary. However, really delighted. They arrived much faster than stated, they use DPD for the delivery who are by far the best and I love the item. Really good experience all round!
