I've been using Cavendish Cleaning and their services for about 6 months now and, after a few initial hiccups, I can't fault their service -- I have one visit per month with just one staff member, and although I don't have a consistent staff member each time, I was made aware of this and I'm not worried about it! They arrive generally on-time and do a thorough job while they're here.

I receive an email 7 days before my clean to tell me when my timeslot is booked for, but if that timeslot/date is not suitable, it can attract a cancellation fee to re-arrange because its within the 7 day notice period. This took me by surprise a couple of times as I travel a lot (hence the initial hiccups!), but we've arrived at a solution now that seems to work well for both parties!

Signed up with them for our business and we are very pleased. With previous companies we felt like we could still do a better job ourselves but Cavendish have taken this problem away. We come into our office after every clean and everything looks great and easy to communicate with.

Honestly such a great company! We have been using them for over a year now and our two weekly cleans help so much when working full time, I feel like I can keep on top of things so much better now. My house is always left immaculate and staff are so friendly. We’ve mostly had Beth and she’s excellent! Any queries I’ve had are sorted promptly and the company is easy to contact with a kind and efficient service!

For the first month or so the same cleaner came every time and was fab - Eliza I believe. Since she left the company it has been a disaster. A no show twice with no communication or apology. The next session changed time on the day and was shortened to an hour with one cleaner and her friend and was charged the same (the friend did a lot of standing around asking what to do!). The final lady was very nice but again - 15 mins late with no head's up and left short of the two hours. Overall, the cleaners themselves are lovely but the head office seem to have no idea what's going on. Have cancelled my contract and will encourage others to avoid!!

We've been using Cavendish for our home cleaning for a few years, and the service and reliability has been excellent.
The staff are always friendly and thoughtful about being in the house and not disturbing me (I work from home).
Had a number of different cleaners over the year, all of them good. Most recently Klaudia, who did a great job, thank you.

The first clean done by Klaudia was fantastic . Long may it continue . Very professional on her approach and the house was spotless .

Can’t recommend Anna highly enough - she’s super fast, great attention to detail, just cracks on and gets things sorted.

To be fair we’ve had other cleaners from Cavendish and they’re also superb.

Grace, from Cavendish cleaning is superb, a ray of sunshine around the offices.

The site is very dirty, due it being a construction site in progress, with several contractors in muddy footwear.

Grace always makes the offices look and smell brand new. Her attitude to work and attention to detail is second to none!
