It didn't start out the best! The wrong items arrived in the order! However, the customer service to return my items and swap it out was exceptional. I reside at an offshore address, which makes it difficult to receive and return items as we have limited carriers. Sabrina contacted my local Evri courier and arranged pickup herself. Items we're then re-sent to m billing address to avoid the onward postage, at cost to themselves.

If all companies dealt with customer service like this, it would resolve alot of headaches! Thanks for my thresholds :)

Got everything we needed. No hassles. Customer service was very helpful before we ordered and gave great advice.

Great products, good quality at very good prices. the lady (sorry cannot remember her name) on the phone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and was very patient with me with all my “million” questions.

Item not delivered. Contacted customer service by email who checked and responded stating exactly what was on Evri website. I explained that Evri never deliver my parcels and could they actually check if my item would be delivered. The lady I spoke to today was very rude and sounded under pressure. She shouted and said she would cancel my order and refund and slammed the phone down!

Absolutely useless. They use FedEx, who apparently keep randomly delivering without asking or allowing you to choose a date. They insist on a signature, which can be provided by a neighbour, but apparently the 3x they've delivered nobody could be found to sign. I've tried putting notes on my door with my signature which they refuse to accept. They don't leave a door tag which you can allegedly sign. Now I've got my fourth delivery date which I also won't be home for because I WORK. I've never had this issue with any other delivery company. I paid £15 for this service, easily one of the most expensive and definitely the worst. How about warning people about this atrocious service before they make the mistake of buying from you?

Amazing service and a great product from Cayrus World of Finishing. I was looking for a brushed single edge door bar which is difficult to track down and needed it urgently. I placed the order before 2pm and received it the following day. Really good quality product and fantastic service thank you!

Recently purchased 3mt lengths of carpet edge trim which I struggled to buy this length from other suppliers. The price, quality and delivery was excellent and having now seen other products they supply, I will definitely look at using them again.

Excellent service and quick delivery! Ordered 13 x nose edgings which found on their site with perfect matching laminate colour and the cheapest I could find online on 23.7.24 midday and arrived next day after paying £8.99 for express delivery..Couldn't ask for a smoother and easy process if I tried. Will definitely be ordering again for my other jobs great service. Thanks
