They need to improve there sallers
They need to improve there sallers,
Showing stuff on google in low price and when you add in cart, it says product not available, also there saller needs to keep things update, they take your order after few days they refund your amount and cancle the order, this is happend with me twice!

Excellent customer service for last minute purchase
We needed a wig at the last minute for fancy dress event and went to the warehouse without realising that you have to order online first to collect at the counter. Melanie could not have been more helpful. She placed the order for us on their computer and brought the wig from the stock room. I would thoroughly recommend them for fancy dress as they are priced competitively and provide great customer service too.

Really great customer service. I required an urgent costume and the team were so helpful via email and enabled me to pick up on the day, as it was local to me to, so win win. Highly recommended.
